Super clean water ( NO MICROPLASTICS) Easy to use LIFE STRAW PITCHER
I learned about Micro plastics being in like everything. Bottled water household water. This pitcher filters out Microplastics and other stuff that is in most water (Including Plastic bottled water) It scared me at first because the reviews said it was very slow to process the water.... And It was till I did the filter prep to prepare it for clean water. Now it's pretty fast I fill it and go about some other business Then come back and fill it again. (I have several glass pitchers that when the Life Straw pitcher is full I fill the other glass pitchers and put THEM in the fridge. I keep the Life straw on the counter and process several gallons of fresh clean water a day. (Think of the Life Straw pitcher like a distillery not a serving pitcher) Fill glass simple pitchers or glass bottles and again put them in the fridge. Also I keep a room temp glass pitcher next to the Life Straw and use it to refill my Keurig coffee maker. Great clean coffee and Super simple and I'm not drinking toxic plastics and chemicals in my water. Tastes great too!!! Five Star *****

Best tasting water
This is a glass carafe. I'm really clumsy, but after reading about the cons of plastic, I had to try it. Yes, the 1st fills take awhile to filter, then it goes at a regular pace. The filter is stated to last up to 1 year which is very appealing. This feature will savemoney in the long run. It's pretty enough to leave on the kitchen counter. Drinking room temperature water is a plus with this pitcher too. It's very tall. It doesn't fit in a regular sized refrigerator shelf without making adjustments

THE BEST TASTING WATER - Pls redesign the flippy top
This is the best tasting water! Yes, it can filter a bit more slowly than with other brands, but that may have to do with the quantity of solids and microplastics that must be removed from your water.Because I have filters left over from another brand and didn't want to waste them, I decided to pre-filter my water and then pour it through. This not only makes the water seem to flow through the filter faster, but likely extends the life of the small filter that is supposed to be replaced every other month. My only complaint is that I have to manually hold open the little round flippy top while filling the pitcher. Otherwise, water can spill on the counter (I don't fill it from the sink) or unfiltered water can splash into the spout, contaminating the filtered water. Please consider a slight redesign, perhaps making the flippy top slightly larger and oval, not round, to solve this issue.

Great tasting water
Bought this to improve my water quality and I am so happy with the way the water tastes. I had nearly stopped drinking water for several years because the water where I lived was horrible even with the refrigerator filter. Now I finally have really clean, great tasting water!

Fills a 12 Cup Coffee Maker Reservoir
With concerns about microplastics and PFAS in my tap water -- and not being able to afford a $300+ filtration system -- I ordered this.First, there are similar items on the market (but that don't filter as much) -- made of plastic. The main water compartment here is glass -- love it.Second, it's stylish and beautiful whether in the frig or on the counter. You could even put this out on the table with pride when you have company.(I ordered the Stormy Blue model.)Now for the hiccups...It doesn't process water all that fast. I had a Zero water pitcher before -- cheaper, faster -- but I don't use it anymore because this Life Straw model filters out more and better. I honestly don't mind the slow processing of my tap water when the quality, certifications, and reviews say this is the best you can buy in a pitcher water container. Having to pay more attention to refilling the tap water reservoir more often is a small inconvenience, considering the benefits. Also, Life Straw claims it's a 7 cup pitcher. This was a bit concerning for me, because my coffee maker holds 12 cups.Surprise, surprise. This "7 cup" pitcher filled up my coffee maker "12 cup" reservoir. I was ecstatic... I have no idea why they claim it's only a 7 cup pitcher.Overall, I'm very pleased and am considering giving this to family for the holidays.

Takes forever to fill, you shouldn't buy this. Should have a sub star for useless.
I had hopes for this product but it's just all wrong. It takes many, many fill to fill the container, very slow filling. It's quite heavy once it's full, quite heavy! And, taking the plastic cap off is hard to do, cheap, stuck and appears to want to break. I got glass but what is the point when it filters through plastic and pours through plastic. The water is delicious but the container is all wrong. If you get it, keep the box because you will be sending it back. I didn't so I'm out of luck returning it.

Best water filter out there.
Great pitcher. I bought for a cottage with a well, and ended up buying another for home with public water. Takes the chlorine smell out and makes the well water taste great.

Slow filtering and small amount of water for each filtering cycle
This does a great job of filtering your water. Glass container and all parts well made. Check your refrigerator shelf and door compartments to see if it will fit because it’s tall. The water filters slowly and it doesn’t hold much water in the pre filtered compartment. So you need to have time and patience to fill, wait and fill again, three times to fill up pitcher up completely. That’s why I gave it three stars. But let’s be fair, it’s removing way more contamination than the other brands. So it comes down to this” if you want really clean water than this is the right one. But must give it the time to do it’s job. If your less picky and don’t want to wait then get the Brita. But water will not be as clean. Good Luck and enjoy.
