Will it reduce the airflow with the harbor freight (central machinery) 2 hp dust collector, which comes with a 5 micron bag?

I have no positive way to tell but I can say I can see no visible reduction from the dust collection when connected to my tools (planer or table saw). I am well pleased with the bag. It is stiffer and thicker than original. Fit was pretty much like original. I am however, using the larger impeller on my dust collector (Wen part / not Rikon - much cheaper and availible) that did increase the suction on my unit.

will this bag fit a shopfox w1727?

measure the diameter where the bag fits on your shop fox. 21" is the diameter of the bag. it was a little loose on my HF DC but the band clamp sealed it good

Has this been 3rd party tested?

Bagged dust collectors spew dust! This bag cuts the spew down.

Will the 1 micron bag fit over the Jet canister filter?

its 21" diameter 31" long. i dont think bags are supposed to go over canister filters
