Great quality, beautiful design
We saw these at a local coffee shop and fell in love with them. We immediately ordered them. They are great for our weekend coffee, when we get to sit and enjoy our morning coffee.

Our favorite Latte Cups so far!
These are my favorite latte cups. They are nice and heavy which really helps keep things warm. The satin finish on the cup and saucer looks and feels fantastic. The handle on these feels like no other cups we have. It's very ergonomically designed and just feels right in the hand. I have a couple black ones and eventually plan on getting other colors.

Favorite cup yet
Excellent cup—thick, sturdy porcelain that holds heat well and the wide mouth is perfect for latte art. Pricey, but totally worth it!. 5/5!

Received wrong cup
Although I love notneutral cups, I ordered black and the seller sent me white. I’m going to keep it because returns are a hassle but I wish I got the black one I ordered. The size is perfect for flat whites and cappuccinos and these are my favorite cups for pouring latte art!

Much easier to make art
Won't fix my poor foaming technique but it's much easier on the rare occasions I get micro-foam to make latte art vs. standard mugs, cups, and even teacups. It's heavy porcelain, feel like great qualtiy.

Factory seconds? Imperfect product charging full price. No thanks.
I think it’s pretty clear from the paint imperfections these are factory seconds or counterfeit NotNeutral items. I also ordered the Amethyst Vero cappuccino glass from this seller (J.L. Hufford) and the glass had air bubbles + air pockets in the walls. Really disappointing considering the price of these items. I’m returning both and not asking for a replacement as I don’t believe the seller has any unflawed products in their inventory, especially since BOTH NotNeutral items I ordered separately have flaws. What are the odds? 🤷♀️ If you don’t care about these imperfections, the glasses and cups are fine, but don’t charge me the same price as the brand new PERFECT cups for imperfect products like this. I’d rather pay this price for the grade A NotNeutral drinkware.
