Helped me quit smoking and vaping, now I’m hooked on this ridiculously expensive gum! Been two years now. I try to mix in regular gum with it but this is just as addicting and everything else!

After watching videos and reading white papers about the benefits of nicotine, I decided to try these. I'm not a smoker so I wasn't sure what effects I'd feel from this gum. The gum tastes really good like normal fresh mint gum however, it does burn a bit if you chew it like regular gum (which you're not supposed to do) You chew it a bit until you start to feel/taste a peppery taste then you put it in your cheek/gum area and just hold it there until the burn stops and repeat this process. The effects I felt was at first very slight dizziness, but not so much that I couldn't drive or whatever. It did help me to focus and get stuff done that I had been dreading doing as well as deal with difficult people with less stress. So for me this stuff works and I'll be using it medically, but not daily.

Great, long lasting flavor. Too bad the healthier choice is the pricier choice. But worth it.
