I can only speak of the one we sale. We are a true USA Seiko Dealer for 50 years. We send an invoice from our store so you can register your watch with Seiko USA for the 3 year warranty. Some people are not a Seiko USA dealer and you can not register your watch with Seiko USA. Now for the price being cheaper we are allowed on the MAP to sale at a price. IF Seiko sold at a cheaper price we would all drop the line. It is a working relation ship. we are thompson's1924
