They are small, approximately 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 inches.

Does this die create small holes or stitch marks, it's hard to tell what the cut looks like

It creates a doily like cut out, so yes there are little holes like lace around the edges. Very pretty and great on cards and scrapbooking pages. Cuts very nicely.

Can i use these to cut felt or wool with a sizzix big shot ? thanks.

They can be used with Sizzix systems, but I doubt that they could cut completely through felt or wool. The depth of cutting edge looks to be less than 1/16".
