I recently got this black aroma diffuser and I'm really impressed with it. It's super easy to use, which I appreciate a lot. Plus, it looks fantastic – it's such a sleek addition to my room and fits in perfectly with my decor. It's been a great purchase for creating a relaxing and inviting atmosphere at home. I got their oil blends as well and that's pretty nice.

It's a nice looking product, but it has stopped working and I've only had it a few months. As others have reported it turns off by itself, or won't produce any mist and will stay on for 8 hours and still be completely full of water. I reached out to seller to report the issues, as it's past the return date, but no response. I do not recommend purchasing this product. I would have also appreciated a response from the seller - bad product and bad service.

This diffuser is beautiful. The stoneware is high-end and has a clean look. Two things of note: 1) the eight-hour option the misting is intermittent. It will diffuse then pause and do this throughout the 8-hour duration. I still feel like this provides a great amount of aromatherapy and didn't notice it due to a lack of scent. 2) I did have to look at the online videos to figure out how to fill it with water. It is super easy once you figure it out but took me a minute.

* another update. 😐 Received the correct color however it does not work as good as the first one. After 2-3 minutes it stops working but the light stays on. Plenty of water in the diffuser. I cleaned it and the same thing happens. It’s basically a complete waste of money.*update: Amazon made it right. Exchanged for the black and I am happy.I ordered black and expected black. The color received is a charcoal grey imo. It is NOT black. The color clashes with our living room decor. The device itself works great but I wish I had known prior to ordering that my idea of “black” differs from the sellers version of black.

The media could not be loaded. I docked a star simply for the price, I have found almost identical ceramic diffusers in the $30-50 range. However, I have not tested those ones out so can't say they are equivalent in quality.The packaging is beautiful and they really go out of their way to secure it in the shipping process. Somehow even with that being said my first one had arrived cracked. But I sent it back and received one the day after I initiated the exchange.The diffuser itself is beautiful! I chose the black matte and the ring that lights up at the bottom is the perfect pop of color. There is an option to leave the light on without the diffuser running which I have been doing, and there is an option to run the diffuser for 4 or 8 hours. I am pleased with the quality and design. I am also pleasantly surprised at the cord length, I was worried it wasn't going to reach the power strip below my nightstand, but it reached with out a problem. The size is on the smaller side. The directions are super simple to remove the top and fill up the plastic water chamber. This is a higher end diffuser and would make a lovely gift!

Beautiful product to look at, but way too pricey in my opinion. Mine came all marked up on the outside ceramic cover. I was able to rub most of it off, but still see some white showing. Not sure if it was used or what. I would highly recommend ordering a less expensive counterpart. I had mine set for 8 hours, but only ran for 2 1/2 hours. Next time I will find a cheaper alternative.

Did a lot of research on different diffusing systems and brands. What’s disconcerting is that brand websites filter out negative reviews, so it’s important to research on independent consumer sites and Amazon. Electric Diffusers in general seem to have quality issues. For example: Hotel Collection boasts 3k+ 5 star reviews on their website, but Amazon shows a 2.9 star average review 😂. I decided on the Vitruvi. It looked the most modern out of the “luxury” diffuser systems without venturing into the nebulizer system. So disappointed! It stops working intermittently (even on the continuous cycle) and constantly find myself having to push the button to turn it back on. When I do, it will run a bit and then shut off again. (Frustrating) Also, the water reservoir is quite small. When filling to the “max” line, the system will not diffuse. It will work only if the water line is 1/2” lower than the max fill line which doesn’t leave much room for water/oil. I’m using high quality oils and there shouldn’t be any clogging in a new system. When the unit is working properly it does a decent job at diffusing the oil. Vitruvi claims 500 sqft of diffusing- which is a stretch. It might do well in a bedroom or office, but not a large living room or kitchen. It is very easy to use when working properly and the simple design is attractive. As other reviewers have noted, the black ceramic does scratch easily and the rough surface makes it difficult to clean. If I were you, I’d stick with the inexpensive versions. Many of the systems costing 1/4 of the price of Vitruvi are highly recommended. Amazon offered to overnight a replacement, but returned and went with a different brand altogether. Opted for a more expensive nebulizing diffuser with fantastic warranty program.
