Seventh Generation Dishwasher Detergent Gel, Free & Clear, 42 oz, Pack of 6

I switched to Seventh Generation Dishwasher Detergent Gel in 2026, and it has been one of the best household changes I’ve made. After trying countless detergents that left behind residue, overpowering chemical smells, and even required me to rewash dishes, this product was a complete game-changer. What I love most is how effectively it cleans without leaving any odor or film on my dishes. Everything comes out sparkling clean, fresh, and truly rinse-free. The gentle, plant-based formula was the biggest selling point for me because it avoids the harsh chemicals commonly found in many competing brands. It’s powerful, reliable, eco-conscious, and safe for everyday use. I’ve already recommended it to many friends and family members, and everyone who has tried it has been impressed. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a cleaner, healthier, and more natural dishwasher detergent option.

Absolutely love this dishwasher detergent!! I tried all the top brands. I was about to give up thinking I needed an upgrade on my dishwasher. This product leaves zero residue, cleanse incredibly well, has a clean smell and never disappoints me!

Works great! All dishes are clean and without residue. Cap doesn’t leak and bottle is a good size.

Not available locally so glad Amazon has it. Glad not to have to use petroleum-based product; this is plant-based, environmentally friendly. Works great; pleasant smell.

I’ve been trying to switch to cleaner, fragrance-free products, so I picked up Seventh Generation Free & Clear dishwasher detergent — and I’m honestly really impressed. First thing I noticed is that it truly has no scent at all, which I love. A lot of “free & clear” products still have a slight smell, but this one doesn’t. Performance-wise, it does a great job on everyday dishes. Plates, glasses, and silverware come out clean with no residue or film. I’ve even run loads with some dried-on food (nothing extreme), and it handled it well without needing to rewash. One thing to note — if your dishes are heavily soiled, you may still want to do a quick rinse beforehand. That said, I feel like that’s pretty standard for most detergents. What I really like is that I feel better using this for my family — especially knowing it’s a more environmentally conscious option without dyes or fragrances. Overall, this is a great choice if you’re looking for a gentle, effective, and truly fragrance-free dishwasher detergent. I’ll definitely keep repurchasing.

I bought this because we are trying to get rid of additives and toxic chemicals is out house. This brand is known for creating safer products, so I thought I’d give it a go. I switched from Cascade and Great Value brand to this and I haven’t noticed a huge difference. My dishes seem clean/shiny and don’t have a residue on them. Because this brand is supposed to be better for the environment and safer all around, I feel better using it in my home full of kids.

Good product works good some hard stains won’t clean but 99% it does

Works great! Satisfied with my purchase! Lovin the bulk!

Dirty dishes go into the dishwasher, clean dishes come out. There is no residue, no funny taste or smell. It doesn’t leave the machine dirty either. Love it!

Can’t remove grease, not much foam produced.
