Excellent product, I and my wife both are happy with this.

The item arrived on 30th August 2023. Installed next day. Would like to provide a review after few months of usage.The item needs 24 screws for assembly. Surprisingly, seller missed 12 screws, sent inside only 12 instead, which I had to purchase while assembling, this is unfortunate, seller should be careful for next customers.

Cieling bracket must be a little heavy which can withstand load., the rods are also not that heavy. For the length i had brought (8ft), even if i put very less cloths and light weight too, the rods are bending due to its big length. When the length of rod is big the rod guage must be increased. But this product over all is not that heavy guage. I do not recommend this product.

Received the package, but missing the Packing list, so not sure which item is missed. Expected separate Nylon ropes and stopper... Thanks to clarify... URGENT
