What circumference is the waist belt?

Have not used my rucksack yet, but has a extendable waist belt

Mine is missing the anti-theft loop! i have bought this bag but it does appear to be missing the advertised anti-theft loop at the front of the bag?

It take while to figure out but the anti theft loop is on my purchase
