Written maybe 5 reviews in my 59 years. This product was such of such good quality I had to give kudos to Monolith. When I first received the stand I was a bit miffed. I swore that I bought a pair of stands. Went back to the Amazon order and sure enough the price is for one stand. I debated on sending the stand back. I had not yet opened the box. The weight was intriguing. I figured If it is this heavy its got to be stable. Unboxed and assembled in less than 10 minutes. I immediately knew I would have to order a second one. The stands are just what I needed for my very heavy vintage stand mount speakers. I would highly recommend.

Beautiful for center speaker stand,matches with Cherry right and left bookshelf speaker stands. Very stable stands no need to fill with sand,very heavy botton plate and top plate is large enough for bookshelf speakers.

I have a pair of these supporting two vintage Boston Acoustic speakers in our entertainment room. Simple but solid build, aesthetically pleasing, easy to assemble. Recommend.

These put my med-sized Paradigm speakers perfectly at ear level. It really improved sound vs angled from floor. Also looks perfect with my record cabinet.

The Monolith 18in Cherry Wood Speaker Stand is not only a more economical option to the Sanus NFC18 (half the price!), it's also more attractive and sturdier! While the NFC18 only supports a max of 35lb, this doubles it and then some at 75lb! With my Klipsch RC-62 Center speaker weighing a hefty 30.4lb, it's nice to have extra headroom in terms of loading. I also like how large the top plate is, which is perfect for supporting the large footprint of the Klipsch speaker. The wood finish is gorgeous and it matches my flooring. In my excitement to get it set up, I forgot to take pictures of the packaging. This left me with some regrets as I'm unable to show how freakin awesome it was. The box is thick double walled corrugated cardboard with additional boxes inside to secure the top and base pieces, and the two wood pieces. Furthermore, each of those pieces are individually wrapped. There is no chance for any damages to occur during shipment. Mine is absolutely pristine on assembly! The only thing that is perhaps a miss is that this is really intended for carpeted rooms. It comes with spiked feet but there's no rubber feet for hard flooring. There's also not enough rubber pads for the center speaker itself when it sits on top of the top plate (they only include 2). Fortunately, some 25mm Slipstick GorillaPads does the trick perfectly. I stuck four at the bottom of the base plate, and four on the top plate. It is so grippy now that you can take a whack at the speaker and it doesn't even budge. Overall, this Monolith speaker stand knocked it out of the park, as I would expect from any Monoprice product. It's inexpensive, beautiful and built like a tank. Truly a 5 star product!
