Your description says front right passanger side, but the application section says left drivers side... Which one is it, drivers or passengers side?

Window goes up but returns midway ...... and I constantly have to mess with it for it to stay in place, & it won’t shut the window when I close door

If the window is raising or lowering at normal speed, but only part way, i would guess that the limits for motion of this window have slip and you need to see a good car mechanic that is familiar with this situation. the motor is working fine; direction is OK. So, i would suspect the limits have changed. if there no way to adjust the limit inn your situation, you might have to buy a new window motor.

After you installed the new window motor does the windows still go down if you hold the unlock button from your key fob?

Yes they do. All of the original features that nissan offers on the window/key fob are exactly the same. Nothing changes. I bought this part a few months ago and is still working like a champ! Highly recommend!
