*Zero Stars - AVOID THIS CLOCK LIKE THE PLAGUE!*I'm writing this review as a warning to others: stay far, far away from the "Harris and co" clocks, no matter how tempting its sleek design and hefty price tag may be. I made the mistake of purchasing this overpriced monstrosity, and it's been a nightmare ever since.First of all, the clock stopped working after only a few weeks of use. Yes, you read that right - a brand new, expensive clock that can't even keep time. The time kept lagging back by a few hours. I was shocked and disappointed, but I thought maybe it was just a one-off defect. So, I contacted the company's customer service, expecting them to apologize and offer a replacement or repair.Boy, was I wrong. The company's response was slow, unhelpful, and downright dismissive. They asked me to change the batteries from alkaline to zinc and said that would rectify the problem. But it did not. When I followed up, they stopped responding nor did they pick up my calls.Are you kidding me?! This is a Rs.3200 clock that can't even keep time, and the company is refusing to take responsibility for it. It's clear that they don't stand behind their products and don't care about their customers.To anyone considering buying this clock, let me be crystal clear: DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. This company does not deserve your business, and their products are not worth the hassle. You'll be better off buying a cheap, reliable clock from a reputable brand.In fact, I'd advise against buying anything from this company, period. Their customer service is abysmal, and their products are clearly not made with quality or reliability in mind.Save yourself the frustration and disappointment. Avoid the "Luxury Timepiece" clock and this company at all costs.

The clock shown time near about 10 minutes delay every 2 days

The pendulum works under action of gravity and it stops working if little change in position of clock on the wall. It is free-hanging and has no electro-mechanical control.
