I purchased a Dekco camera back in June of this year and it worked amazingly. Easy to set up and install with a very good picture quality and battery life. Unfortunately the camera suddenly stopped working this week and it was unable to connect to the app. I tried all the obvious solutions - resetting/updating the app ect but had no luck. So I contacted customer services through email and Sophia who dealt with my complaint was very helpful and polite she went above and beyond to try and help me resolve the issue. Within 24 hours Sophia had arranged to have a replacement camera sent out to me completely free of charge. And even extended the warranty in case I had anymore problems in the future. I really wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this product or company to anyone. Great camera and even better customer service and support.

We use this camera to keep watch on our shed after some episodes of vandalism. For the price it does an excellent job - video is very clear both daytime and nighttime and the motion detection is very good. It has an alarm in the form of a siren and a light that can be set to activate if human motion is detected after dark and also the facility to talk to whoever is there. It was easy to set up initially. We just wish we could set it to recognise us as it sends us notifications when we walk past it - but you can't have everything for that price! All in all a very good entry level security light that I have already recommended to family members.

Brought security camera for the front of the house, very clear picture and does detect movement in time and sends notifications onto phone to view. Records up to 30 seconds but can change this to 10 seconds to save on battery life. The only down side to this item is the battery life, works for 4-5 days, then needs a full day to charge it. Other than that the camera is very easy to use and works very well on app. And customer service on app has been great and quick responses. Rate this 6/10 :)

For the price of this security camera you can’t go wrong, image is clear and has all the functionality you expect from a device at 4 times the price, this is a bargain and gives you the peace of mind knowing you can monitor your property wherever you are. No added subscription costs are required thanks to the on board SD card slot, this must be purchased separately however is cheap and worthwhile to store recordings as needed. Have experienced slight issue with my unit whereby I could not toggle the motion detection as expected, having reached out to the manufacturer they have offered a free replacement unit and extended warranty, this has been an excellent support and customer service experience.

I purchased this camera for my house . Easy to install with everything supplied to do so. The battery life is excellent & having WiFi link is great when away . Night vision ,motion detection & night light are fabulous to have. Overall this camera is excellent quality & value for money , I would certainly recommend it .

This was a lovely neat little camera. Battery operated and easy to place. Getting it up and working on my phone wasn't quite so but I gave up and did it my way. Picture was very good. However I have returned the camera. It kept logging me out (every few seconds) until it gave up and let me stay in. Some movements were not recorded. Some notifications were late in arriving on my phone. Sometimes it said that there was a problem showing me the videos. Also we like to catch up on the wildlife that wanders through the garden at night and this camera only showed people. If I wanted to see my pets, wildlife, vehicles, parcels, I had to pay extra. To be fair customer service were quick to respond. They asked for the serial number which I gave but they said could not be identified. As for the un-recorded motion of someone in my garden they wanted a screenshot! Here comes the invisible person! So I decided to return and look for another camera which would not ask for additional costs and will record everything that it sees. A camera that notifies me immediately if anyone enters my property

I've had this for a few months now. I was easy to install and the app is pretty intuitive. The video is good enough to identify anyone passing in front of the camera and I like that you can specify both the area to be covered (and exclude areas such as public footpaths) and only trigger alerts of "humanoid" shapes. So far both have proved very reliable. My only criticism is that when the camera needs charging (you have to take it down to do this, unless you connect a suitable solar panel) there is nothing to tell you whethyer it is charging or how much charge has been put in - it shows the level of charge when you started charging and stays at this level until suddenl.y it is at 100%. It's really only a minor problem as a charge seems to last at least three months, possibly longer. For the price, a basic but good value security camera.

Absolutely awful!!!! The app doesn’t even capture the footage properly, you only see a brief few seconds after what was supposed to be captured. So if anyone broke into your house it would probably only start filming once they were already in. And then when they leave it would probably only capture any footage once they were already half way down the road. Apart from this you just get a still pic of the capture. The cloudedge app that it uses is extremely problematic and awkward. Hugely disappointing cameras and an even worse app to go with them! Terrible purchase. I bought them because I was fed up of how useless Ring were, and these ones are just as bad. All of these sensor/doorbell cams are. If you want a good camera then my advice to you is just buy a good old fashioned CCTV set up. That’s what I’ll be doing. I’m sick of all these Micky mouse doorbell cams that don’t work properly.

Wir sind begeistert, die Akkulaufzeit ist sehr lang, also kann man beruhigt in den Urlaub fliegen und dennoch die Kontrolle haben. Die Bildqualität ist auch sehr gut und man sieht in der Nacht auch die Bewegungen sehr deutlich. Die Gegensprechfunktion ist auch sehr nützlich. Schade dass sie nicht mehr lieferbar war, ich wollte noch eine weitere kaufen.

Funziona veramente bene, le notifiche arrivano tempestivamente e se uno desidera si può impostare anche la sirena. Praticamente è un piccolo sistema d’allarme a sè stante. Definizione ottima, sensibilità del pir eccellente, facilissima da configurare e programmare.

sencillez del producto, muy facil de instalar y relacion calidad precio muy correcta. quizas la bateria es un poco limitada, aguanta de media entre un mes y dos meses, pero es muy buen producto por el precio pagado.cumple perfectamente la necesidad de vigilancia

Très bonne caméra fixe extérieure ou intérieure. Facile à installer avec l'application dédiée ( 3min). L'image et la détection sont de bonnes qualités. La batterie tient bien la charge ( 4 mois pour moi, suivant utilisation). Excellent rapport qualité.
