This is a great way to burn incense grains without having to use a charcoal wafer. You get the scented smoke from the former, without all the extra smoke from the latter. My office is not large and I don’t fill it with smoke this way. This would also work well as a compromise in “broad church” parishes or parishes with smaller buildings, where parishioners with respiratory issues are not able to tolerate the volume of smoke from a regular thurible, but where just the presence of incense is still desired. The burner is sturdy and easily adjustable. It is simple in design and looks good. I use beeswax tea lights to “power” it. It is not completely enclosed the way a regular thurible would be, but that is fine for a stationary burner.

SO useful! I love how you can adjust the height for the flame/heat. The grate it sits on can be cleaned so you don’t actually have to buy replacements or burn up foil and release all the toxins from that in the air. It’s so gorgeous and elegant, high quality for sure, I will definitely buy another.

This incense burner does the job but the locking not on the heigh adjuster leaves much to be desired. It is not easy to get tight and it will losen. It kind of tilt make it hard to center the incense

I’m really disappointed with this Christian incense burner and cross holder. The quality feels cheap right out of the box—what looks like a gold finish is already chipping and showing wear upon arrival. The red cross detail looks uneven and poorly finished, which takes away from what should be a meaningful and beautiful religious item. The construction is also questionable. The rod is bent, and there are visible imperfections and scratches along the metal. It doesn’t give the sense of durability you’d expect for something used in prayer. Overall, this product feels rushed and low-quality, which is disappointing given its intended spiritual significance. I would not recommend it.

This is a bit of a mixed bag for me. First, the positives: it is quite attractive and appears to function exactly as the manufacturer intended. It is also genuinely smokeless, which may be a major selling point for some people. Even without visible smoke, it does a good job of filling the house with the fragrance of the incense, creating a pleasant atmosphere. Unfortunately, the design has some drawbacks. In my experience, it does not burn the incense completely, leaving residue and wasted incense behind. It is also more difficult to clean than I expected, especially after repeated use. What initially seemed like a simple and elegant solution became somewhat of a chore to maintain. After using it for a while, I found myself thinking that traditional charcoal is still the better option. Charcoal burns the incense more thoroughly and requires less fuss overall, even if it produces smoke. That said, if your primary goal is enjoying incense fragrance without filling your home with smoke, this burner does accomplish that goal. It's attractive, functional, and effective at scenting a room. Just be prepared for extra cleaning and less-than-complete incense consumption.

Very nice addition to my prayer shelf, it really brings it together in my opinion. I opted for this design due to my intention to place it on a bookshelf, it will shield and direct the heat from the candle more than the open air designs. The design is nice, nothing too flashy and it serves its purpose to burn incense to cleanse and enjoy during prayer. The burner came with two screens, I've wrapped the one I'm using in some heavy duty foil, it's slightly bowl shaped so I'm not worried about messes, the incense seems to pool in the middle (where it was placed). It is a nice alternative to the incense sticks of Frankincense and Myrrh that I've been using, the incense resin has a nice subtle smell. So far I am happy with my purchase, the candles and incense are cheap enough to make this worth it if you use incense frequently. This is the first time burning actual incense outside of church for me, I'd recommend this.

Nifty! No charcoal. I burned church incense and then experimented by adding a dusting of dried cedar from a branch. Both gave off their scents, and uninfluenced by hissing charcoal, it smells cleaner. This comes w/ 2 thin circular trays that fit in the top. Naturally will need cleaned. I think it's real brass and the decorative part is nicely done.
