The product is exactly what I need. I have sensitive gums and the different pressure settings are perfect. Its effectiveness in cleaning between the gaps is excellent. Charging is done via plug socket. It a easy to use. and good value for money as all the family can use it if buy extra tips. No problems with water retention as the container is well sealed. Effective but noisy - Clean your teeth well but size does matter
First Impressions When I first received the Waterpik, I was pleased to see the packaging wasn't unnecessarily bulky. Opening the box, I found everything neatly arranged and ready to set up. I'll admit I was a bit surprised by the size - it's larger than I initially expected, which is something to consider if you have limited sink space like I do. Technical Details & Features I immediately noticed the 10 different pressure settings, which I found really useful for customizing my cleaning experience. The water reservoir is generous at 600ml, and I liked that it came with 6 different flosser tips for different needs. I spent some time testing all the settings to get a feel for the pressure range. Real-World Testing Within just a few days, I found myself gradually increasing the pressure setting until I reached level 10, which initially felt intense but quickly became my preferred setting. It's amazing how quickly you adapt! I noticed a significant difference in how clean my teeth felt compared to just brushing. I can actually feel it removing debris between my teeth that my toothbrush misses. One thing I should mention is that it's a bit noisy, especially at higher settings - something to consider if you live with others or have thin walls. Pros and Cons What I Love: • I feel a dramatic improvement in cleanliness after using it • I appreciate the range of pressure settings • I find it much more effective than string floss • I like the variety of specialized tips included What Could Be Better: • I had an issue where the water wouldn't pull properly from the tank • I wish it was more compact for my limited bathroom space • I found you need to apply pressure when attaching the tank to ensure proper connection • I was surprised by how noisy it is, especially at night Value for Money While I'm happy with my purchase, I'm now questioning if the portable version might have been a better fit for my needs, especially considering bathroom sink space and travel potential. That said, I do feel the cleaning power makes it worth the investment. Tips for Other Buyers I'd recommend carefully considering the size of your bathroom before purchasing. Make sure you press the tank firmly when attaching it to avoid water flow issues. For those who travel frequently, I'd suggest looking at the portable version instead. Also, be aware of the noise level if you share your living space or plan to use it when others are sleeping.

Excellent product. Does what it should.
Brilliant! Absolutely love it, had it ages now and it’s always worked perfectly. Does the job well and my dentist says my teeth are perfectly clean with a 0 plaque score.

it works
first, let me point out that, I have never used anything to floss my teeth before. A few weeks ago I saw my dentist whom I had not seen for nearly three years due to the covid pandemic. the only reason I went this time was because I had broken a tooth. Imagine for a moment that my dentist was no longer working there and his replacement was an extra from little shop of horrors. this guy chuntered constantly about the extensive plaque around my teeth and why did I not go sooner. My explanation was ignored as he constantly jabbed my mouth with a needle, trying to rip out as much plaque as he could get. very painfully I might add. when he finished he told me that I must use floss. the shape of my teeth makes it impossible for the floss to work and it only ends up jammed between them. I took a chance on purchasing this unit, which at the time, I thought was expensive. the first time I used it I learned very quickly that you do not use it on full pressure, you will make your gums bleed. over time you can increase it to full, but work up to it and make sure that it is at least tepid, if it is cold you will regret it for many hours. I have used it for a month now and to be honest it is really good at getting between the teeth and flushing out all the trapped food and plaque. my next visit to the dentist will tell if it has worked. this seems to have whitened my teeth as well, they always had a slight yellow tinge, but no more. the only negative I can see with using this unit, is it is very messy, especially if you have the tube pointing in the wrong direction. If like me, you struggle with flossing, then give this a go, you won't regret it, you teeth feel so much better afterwards.

Good product
Works well, a bit messy as water spats everywhere, but maybe user error!

At Last - One that lasts
This is my fourth water jet ‘flosser’ and, at last, it is one I am satisfied with. The previous ones were chargeable battery-powered devices, quite expensive, and only lasted about 18 months; the rechargeable batteries cannot be replaced. I tried another, which used ordinary batteries, but it was quite bulky and not very powerful - my teeth got a good sluice rather than a proper jet. This waterpik device works off the shaver socket and really does the job well with a powerful jet. The reservoir is bigger than that in the hand-held flossers and a good range of accessories is included. The only ‘down’ sides of the machine are that you need an adjacent 220v shaver socket to power it and a convenient shelf over the washbasin on which to put the machine. I have no hesitation in recommending it.

Works very well, but needs good space and is a bit noisy.
Works well when you get the hang of correct water temp for you, and the angle so you don’t spray yourself or get your sleeve wet..Dentist and hygienist both remarked on my gum improvement and teeth cleanliness after using a few weeks. Good water capacity.. Good, variable pressure which can be increased as you become quickly more accustomed to using it.. Is quite noisy in use and needs good solid surface with good depth of space.

Would be better if it was cordless
