These treats are just great! All three of the flavors smell tasty enough that I've been tempted to try one myself. Our little puppy just goes nuts when he smells one of these things; they've become our go-to high-value treat for training and reward purposes. I love that they're made with sustainable crickets, so we're helping the environment while giving puppy something tasty to snack on. My only mild frustration was that they do tend to dry out after a few days if you're opening the bag frequently. We've addressed this by keeping the bag tightly sealed with all the air pushed out of it, and we keep the bag in the fridge once it's been opened. We do keep a small jar on the counter with a day's worth of treats in it, and we just refill the jar so the treats won't dry out. That's really helped, and the treats usually stay fresh until we hit the bottom of the bag. Speaking of which, don't throw out that dust in the bottom of the bag! We pour it over puppy's kibble or just let him eat those delicious remnants out of our hands, and he loves it. Good to the very last crumb! I definitely give these my highest recommendation and will continue buying these for our puppy as long as he continues to love them.

I tried these for my Yorkie who has a very sensitive tummy, not really for the cricket protein or to save the Earth, but for the many digestive-friendly ingredients like pumpkin, carrots, and oats. The treats come in half-inch squares, with a soft, chewy texture that can be torn apart into smaller pieces if desired. There is a very strong "natural smoke flavor" to these treats, so dogs can't really tell if it's cricket or chicken inside. But they really enjoyed them. And best of all, these treats caused zero upset to my dog's sensitive tummy. It's a novel treat that's worth a try!

My 8 year old Siberian Husky had ACL (CCL) TPLO surgery and we hired a visiting Vet Technician to come to our home to help with physical therapy. Our Husky is skiddish and once she saw the blue Vet suit she remembered and ran the other way. Then he took out the Jiminy's Pumpkin and Carrot treats and she slowly started to have a change of mind. Typically she is really picky with her treats and doesn't hesitate to spit out what she doesn't like but she couldn't get enough of these and he quickly had her allowing him to PT on her. Now the moment he comes to our house she runs to him knowing the treats are coming. Long story short, I asked what he was feeding her and immediately ordered 3 bags. I even use them with our other Siberian Husky that has to eat prescription food for gastrointestinal issues and they work great, no issues.

Sometimes when you order these on Amazon, you get soft ones and sometimes they are hard. I buy them at Petco and they are always soft and I can break them into smaller pieces. This time when I order them from Amazon, the bag on the left is hard and the bag on the right is soft. The outside of the packages has different font and slightly different packaging. I wish they would be consistently like the ones on the right side (not because of flavor, but because of the packaging style and the soft treats being inside). Besides that my dog loves the taste and I love the ingredients .

I have never seen my dog act so addicted to a treat before. Usually he can’t jump on the couch but if you wave these at him he practically flies onto the couch. It’s hilarious. He never used to cry for treats but now he cries like a teenager at a Beatles concert during Beatlemania.
