This was an update to my Ram 0.75" ball mount, which worked fine with a 7" depth finder. I updated my depth finder to a 10" screen and it wouldn't stay in place while driving. I replaced my mount with this one and not only is the ball larger, the tightening screw handle is 3 times the size and it works like it was mounted on granite. It doesn't jiggle while going wide open against the wind and yet weighs very little.

Outstanding quality. Works perfectly in my fishing kayak. I needed a mount with as much adjustment as possible, and this unit has it. Very sturdy and solid base for the finder screen. Mounting options allow me to leave the mount on the kayak. I have a modular setup and needed something I could mount below the deck so I would be able to load it into my car. This was the perfect option—incredible adjustability and extremely stable. I highly recommend it!

It also comes with a long arm tightening wrench that has spring detent pull-positioning to reposition the arm for super tightening to achieve maximum clamp pressure. Super cool tool! One note: On this 11” wide mount, you may have to shift some units just left or right from ‘center’ about .5” to match the mounting holes available. I needed a Ram type mount to fit the Garmin 93sv into my small Lund windshield. Recommend size was 2.25 ball. My boat stays on a small lake so I didn’t need heavy duty. I decided to try this 1.5 ball. The reviews were positive for this unit. Ordered the short arm. It’s a really solid product, nicely rubberized aluminum. I used the 4 screws from Garmin to mount to my dash. The plate holes lined up with the Garmin bracket perfectly. You need to buy 4- 8-32 x3/4 machine screws with a lock nut. I used keep lock nuts. Only minor issue is that the handle rubs the bottom of the plate when set down past 90 degrees. It is very generic looking if that matters. Haven’t quite lived with it yet, but the few times I’ve had the boat out, it’s been solid. Good buy.

Great mount! Easy to install and holds well even in chop. I installed a Garmin Echomap UHD2 Ultra 93SV on my Grizzly 1860. I like the options the mount gives me for tilting down low while running so I can see it from the tiller. And when fishing I can stand it up so it’s easy to see and reach while fishing.

As described. Strong enough for a Garmin 10” fish finder.

This fit a Hummingbird Helix7 Mega Si perfectly. All the holes lined up so no drilling needed. I haven’t had it out on the water yet but looks very sturdy!

Il permet de placer mon appareil à tous les angles (360 degrés) selon le besoin. L'ajustement est simple à chaque fois. C'est un must si vous avez un sondeur de plus grande taille parce qu'il reste toujours ennplace malgré les chocs et mouvements sur l'eau.
