I got this device after my Dermatologist closed her clinic due to COVID19. I was halfway through getting skin tightening treatments in her clinic by a company called EndyMed. The treatments were going really well and I was happy with my results so when the clinic closed I was super disapointed. That's when my Derm recommended NEWA. She said it was powered by the same technology as the professional Endymed system she used in my treatments.I was a bit skeptical but decided to go ahead and buy it since it’s a fraction of the cost of the in-clinic treatments and decided I would put it to the test. For two weeks I treated just one side of my face so I could compare my results and I have to say I was stunned with the difference!My marionnette lines on the side that I treated basically disapeared!!!One thing I will say is that it's a gradual process and you have to put in the time for it to work.

Broke in two months with barely any use. Didn’t drop it. Just stopped getting hot. Return window is one month.

The wrinkle on my neck disappeared after a week of use. My face muscles are tightened and skins are plumped. It’s worth every penny!

After having a radio frequency treatment in a med-spa, with good results, I wanted to find a home care device that could maintain the results. I have used the Newa device on two occasions and thus far and am very pleased with the preliminary results. My main concern was the laxity in my lower face including deep vertical wrinkles in front of my "jowls" and the jowls and a loose sagging neck area. After two home treatments of 4 min each, the vertical wrinkles are largely diminished. I really hated these wrinkles and was planning on getting them treated with filler. I am hoping that these early results will be maintained (or even improve more) and now I won't need to. I have not noticed any improvement in the loose neck skin or the jowl area yet, but based on these early results I am optimistic that these areas can be improved too. I am excited to use this product. It is easy to use and painless. The device is light and feels cheaply made, however, so I hope it is durable enough to last. It would be nice if the conducting gel were formulated to be a leave on product that was also beneficial to the skin -- instead of having to wash it off after the treatment.

1.5 months into using this I do notice my skin firmer but the lines I had at the start of treatment are still present (no change). As of 1.5 months the visible difference I see is more radiant skin, the company claims more visible changes within 4 months so I am still awaiting better results as far as wrinkles and RF. The price point is pretty good for home RF devices, pretty easy to use but takes 16 mins for the face and an extra 8 mins for the neck which I don’t mind as long as I see results. The big takeaway is that it only works with the NEWA activator gel which is pricey with not much in the bottle. One gel bottle lasted 2.5 weeks when following directions and using it 5x as week as directed.

DON'T BUY IT. It fails after a couple of months. I returned my first one before due date for returns. Another one was sent, and now around 2-3 months later, it has died. NOW it is too late to return because the original purchase date started the countdown, not the date that the second was sent to me. Not worth it.

I bought this device mid April 2020. It worked great for about a month and a half, but I noticed that it wasn't heating up like it did. It is now mid June and will only heat for a few minutes then stop. Wouldn't you know it would quit working after the return policy expired. I am really disappointed. This is not an inexpensive device.

I just started using this but it is light weight and designed to fit your hand.
