Perfect size for any part of my back. Across my shoulders, middle back and lower back.
Buy this! It is perfect! For back pain. I didn't want any smell, and this is it. No Smell. Just wonderful warmth in less than 60 seconds.

Live the penetrating heat.
Fabric is soft. Fits around my shoulders and neck well. The standup part around the neck stays upright. It heats up well and lasts up to a half hour. I don’t have a good sense of smell, so I can’t say anything about the supposed lavender scent. I’m totally satisfied.

Drug free relief for shoulder and neck pain!!
This neck heating pad was my salvation, prior to shoulder surgery. It sat on a microwavable plate in my kitchen for months, easing my shoulder and neck pain. It gave me relief when I really really needed it! Get 2, and put one in the freezer, use one in the microwave. Alternate for hot/cold relief. It is not as huge as it looks, but it is good sized. The blue color is attractive and soft.

Perfect for Relieving Muscle Pain
This is the best product! We put it in the microwave for 1.5 minutes and it’s a nice moist heat that we’ve used for our lower back, knee and shoulder pain. I bought one for my sister who has very cold hands and she loves it and uses it every day. Unlike a heating pad, this is moldable to the area you need to treat.

Blew up in the microwave, probably wouldn’t recommend
Was really nice until it blew up in the microwave and the beans spilled everywhere and it took me two hours to sweep up. Did not set it past the request. Requested heat time.

Get this heating pad!
Don’t walk, run. Love this heating pad! I hesitated to purchase it because I wasn’t sure it would be right for us. How are the beans? The shape? The size? The heat? All lived up to my highest expectations. It has already helped my sore back. My husband uses it on his knee before golfing. We use it when our 10 year old gets a tummy ache and it comforts him so he can rest. Highly recommend over other brands.
