Q: can a water bottle fit in any of the compartments

Dear Client, The main compartment can hold a water bottle. But it depends on the size of your water bottle. I hold a thin and tall 720ml water bottle. It is perfect.

Q: Will this fit a cane?

I don’t think so. It would hang too low and there’s nothing to strap the bag on. Maybe a walker, but I doubt a cane.

Q: Will this fit over hand grip pads?

Probably depends on the type of hand grip pads you have added to your crutches. But I found that I had a lot of extra velcro with mine.
