Very easy to install,
Directions were understandable to follow step by step

latch is a little stiff with the strike plate but works as it should also paddle is a little sharp on the corners

Clearly a used product.
All the packaging was opened when I received it. The lock cylinder was all gauged up from prior use/installation and the collar was all bent up.
