My husband loves this thing! Small and compact size, can fit in a pocket. Different levels allow you to control intensity and its good for muscle pain relief, stimulation or even to help with endorphin release to soothe nerve pain in some instances. Multiple settings allow you to control time and intensity. Has helped with tennis elbow and back pain after a workout and the charge lasts quite a long time. Easy display and functions, durable construction. Overall, my husband whasn't put this down since Christmas and even had it on as we were trying to do a project in our laundry room. Keep the little plastic pad covers and you will keep the pads clean and dust free while not in use. This really works for pain relief!

This unit works great, especially for the price! It takes an hour or so to charge, but lasts for several hours. There are 30 different patterns and 30 intensities to go through, so you should be able to find at least one that works for you. The pads stick well and are reusable. Using it for a couple of days (once a day for 20-30 minutes) loosened up my shoulder nicely. For those looking to use it a bit lower on the body, it works well down there as well.

Okay I am so happy with this purchase. The packaging was so nice and its all compact and easy to use and set up. The instructions were straightforward ans it made it so simple to understand. Its lightweight and easy to pack so I've been able to actually take it with me on trips when I have leg pain flare ups. Its helped a lot with my pain and I was happily suprised. Its a small unit but it works so well. It also has a bunch of different modes and strengths that I like so if something isn't working I am able to try something else. The pads are also so amazing. They've been used around 20 times each now and I have had zero problems with the adhesion. Its clean and its stayed nice and I'm very happy with it.

I really like the unit, works great and it's so small and convenient to wear. BUT the charging cord almost caught on fire! It was just plugged in to the wall not charging the unit, just plugged in by itself.

This is a great little unit for TENS and EMS treatment at a great price. It's extremely portable, good quality, comes with everything you need and works great. It's nicely packaged and includes a quick guide, an instruction manual and a brief guide with tips on pad application. All clear and well written. They could have used a few more lines to better explain the differences between TENS and EMS and spell out the known benefits of each. It has 30 modes for different applications. While it lists what modes can be used for each application I would have liked to see each of the modes listed in detail with the specific pulse pattern to know what to expect and select the right mode. It turns out you have to try the each of the different recommended modes to know which pattern works best. I appreciate all the warnings about who should NOT use this product, even in the box itself, including people with pacemakers. Also, making it clear that this is not a cure but rather a way to alleviate symptoms. It's working well for me so far. Long term reliability is TBD but it comes with a year warranty so that's great too.

This thing has helped my back and sciatica nerve pain in so many ways, I can’t keep count. It’s super easy to use and the pads stick really well and are easy to clean to keep the stickiness. Very very effective on sore muscles and pains associated with injury or exercise. 10/10 in my book.
