This Nathan handheld water bottle is fantastic! The adjustable hand strap is super comfortable and eliminates the need to grip, which is great for longer runs. The insulation keeps water cool, and the 18oz capacity is just right. The reflective design adds an extra safety bonus for early morning or evening runs. Highly recommend for any runner!

Received three days ago, utilized twice. Purchased the 18oz. Black & Gold Insulated version. Hand feel is great and so far no stretching in the harness or strap. Love the thumb hole to help hold the bottle to my hand. Squeezing the bottle is a bit awkward at first and does take a bit to get used to. Fluid output is good, though it would be nice to have more of a laminar flow valve, and the valve doesn't seem to leak at all. The harness / pouch is just a bit small for my Galaxy S22 Ultra, though it does fit. Total volume is just about perfect for a 5-6 mile run pace.

I should have listened to the reviews, but I figured I would adjust it somehow to make it work. I really wanted this combo, bad. The idea is great but the final product is horrible. I used it twice before totally giving up on it. The bottle and the phone holder do NOT stay together when your running. Maybe if you walk, it may work, but the rocking back and forth of the arms while running causes the bottle to slip out of the elastic that is supposed to hold it together. Ended up buying myself a runners cell phone vest that holds the phone in place.

Great for distance running when you do not want to carry the hydro backpack. Easy to fill quickly with the large opening and the design of the bottle fits perfectly in the hand. I think it may be good for left-hand also. The strap can be tightened, and I notice even when my hands are sweating, the strap around may had does not loosen. I've used this for 50k trail runs and had no issues.

This water bottle is easy to hold, it is adjustable and lightweight. The design is sleek and modern. My only complaint is that it is a bit more difficult than expected to squeeze the water out, there’s always a burst of air before the water comes out. Overall, I’m satisfied with this purchase.

Kept my water nice and cold! And leak proof during my runs

The media could not be loaded. I recently ran a half marathon and trained for three months. During training I tried a handful of different water bottles. I liked the idea of this water bottle: I could hold it on my wrist, it had pockets to hold small items & it would hydrate me for a few miles.This water bottle was such a bummer and I returned it. While training & during my race I had high hopes I’d like it, but I did not. Many times it would leak while I’d run, and it would get my wrist and hand all wet. The strap at the bottom would come loose & the water bottle would fall out & it wasn’t easy to drink out of. I had to suck really hard to get any water out. Definitely not ideal while you’re running long distances.During my half I ended up switching water bottles with an old trusty & wished I had done it sooner. Also during my half, I had to go out of my way to pick up the water bottle because it kept falling out. It was super annoying.
