My local brew shop closed and I decided to switch from starsan to a different sterilizer. I brew mead and this worked in sterilizing my most recent batch materials. Its been brewing for 5 months and there are no signs of contamination so the product works.

I make up a batch to fill a spray bottle ahead of time. It is quick and easier to sterilize fermenting components than using more product in a wash tub.
