Great flavor, fresh tasting, good value for your money. Not individually wrapped, which is nice, stay fresh packaging. Works as well as more expesive ones I have buying. Great sleep aid. No digestive issues at all.

Wonderful tea, packaging, presentation, and most especially, the price. At the local markets, a popular brand of teas sells lemon balm for anywhere from 6 to 8 dollars for a measly 16 bags. This brand here has 100 tea bags for a most reasonable price. Better bags, too, easy to remove from a resealable big bag instead of those pesky, small, wasteful wrappers from the rip-off brand. Plus this company has thoughtfully provided a bamboo tong to remove the tea bag. Plus, the lemon balm tastes fantastic. Will buy again.

Bad taste added some honey to help the taste

Nice circular packets, no string or paper tabs. Comes with a bamboo tongs. Mild taste, no need for sugar or milk. Good hot or cold. Helps with sleep. Good quality.

Not sure re: herbal benefits, but a pleasant, mild tea.

Has a good taste and smell, relaxing. I don’t know about others but it helps me with sleep.

Nice in the evening

I read and heard independent reports that lemon balm tea was helpful in promoting better sleep. I then looked on Amazon, and found this tea. I've now tried it more than ten times. Here is a synopsis of my experience. As others have reported, it has a pleasant aroma and flavor. If you are looking for a caffeine-free tea, then this might be an appealing choice for you. At some point in the future I will finish this box. I won't buy another. I was looking for something that would help me relax and sleep better. I can't say that this was at all helpful in this regard. Similarly,I can't say that it had any effect, positive or negative, on my digestion. Every body is a bit different, and reacts differently to drugs, supplements, and food products. To be fair, my experience is not necessarily what yours will be. I hope it works for you. However, perhaps my experience will temper your expectations. It was worth the gamble. You don't always get a winning hand. If I simply want a tasty tea that has litttle to no caffeine, this is not the tea I would choose to drink.

Tasty. Well packaged. Good amount of tea bags. I have it before sleeping. I add magnesium glycinate to it. I will buy it again.

Nice drink, helps me sleep at night.

Helps a lot to have a rested body, recommended to drink before bedtime and you will wake up feeling great, also I noticed is not diuretic as I don’t wake up at night to go to the toilet
