I have to put three 2x6 pressure treated together for a main beam in a crawl space under a house, will these fastners work or do you sugest another?

You will only need 3" deck screws or drywall screws to put the beam together. I would not use the head lock screw. Probably will be 3 2x6 put together. Stager your joints on the beam if your 2x6's are not long enough to span from baring to baring.
