Very easy to install in studs; pre-drill hole for screw. Very easy to tension wire once posts are mounted. Using this to display grandkids art. Highly recommended!!!

If you give the cable a little extra tail, it helps to thread on without stripping. I installed 28 of them without issue and was able to get them banging string tight!

Serves a purpose. Needs two people. Used previously in two other settings. Needs larger anchors and a middle support if converting a long area or holding heavy curtains. Otherwise it will rip a hole in your drywall. Does not come with clips. Used it previously as is with sheer curtains on the patio, worked great! Used it for art work in the classroom: awesome. Used with heavy curtains and a middle anchor plus heavy duty wall anchors in garage: worked well. Used in my living room with same heavy curtains: ripped right out of the wall due to the weight of the curtains. Things to consider🤔 Other than that, we were happy.

It looked great online and even in the package..then I began to install it. I build tiny homes for a living and operate rental units, so I'm pretty familiar with cable products like these - I've used others before.This unit is really cheaply made.PROS:System is simple to understand, you likely won't need instructions.Looks goodCheap $$CONS:Everything else about it ! The mounts require you to screw in screw with double threads - wood threads on one side, machine threads on the end that the mount screws down onto. So, in theory you should be able to screw the wood threads into wood right? Well, the phillips head is super small, it's at the end of the machine thread end.. so, it strips instantly with very little torque applied - not enough to even drive the wood threads into a predrilled hole!The allen wrench supplied is convenient but the allen screws on the cable holders strip without much tightening - some wrench down tight, others just skip and turn without tightening = poor quality control.If you try to use the mount and tighten it down on the machine threads, in an attempt to use it to tighten the wood threads into the wall... it wont work. The machine threads tighten up into the mount fine, and then the wood threads pass into it also, so you cannot go far without being unable to angle the top part of the mount.

Installed this for a curtain for my daughter's closet and it looks great! It is easily adjustable to tighten it if needed and easy to assemble. It is a longer space and I didn't need a center support which I was worried about.Thanks!

This kit was purchased to hang sheer, lightweight curtains on my patio. The cable was impossible to cut. I think it would require heavy duty equipment. Instead I used screw eyes and para cord to hand my curtains with clips.

I didn’t have any of the installation problems I read about in other reviews. 10 minute install under my daughter’s loft bed.
