The SAK Indio Demi Shoulder Bag

I bought this in black for my birthday and it's now my favorite purse. The leather is soft and I just love the look of the bag! The single shoulder strap is comfortable and the clasps for the strap are super cute. Having a comfortable single shoulder strap is a must for me and this one is great.Inside, it has two small pockets on one side of the lining; there is a 6 inch wide zippered pocket on the other side of the lining that is deep. The interior is just the right for my wallet, a book a few other things. The top also zips across, which is a plus for me.It has two exterior pockets; one is stitched and one is zippered. My phone fits perfectly in the stitched exterior pocket and my keys in the other.I'll definitely be buying another in a different color, but the exterior stitching on the black is my favorite.

Adorable bag. Just right for summer outfits. It has a detachable strap so you can use it as a clutch if you prefer. It is perfect for me as I have a bad back and just can no longer carry a large purse. This one is light enough for me and yet large enough for my stuff. It was a bit pricey but It makes me happy when I use it. The beading is just on one side but it is a very attractive handbag. I have received several compliments on it. It arrived quickly and was packaged perfectly. The handle is woven leather and adds a lot to the quality of the bag. The length of the strap is just right for a shoulder bag too. It is plenty long enough yet not too long and definitely not a cross body length. I am pleased with this purchase.

Finally, I bought a purse that is just the right size and with the right length strap for wearing over the shoulder. Although it's leather, it isn't awfully heavy, it holds my checkbook-style wallet, my phone and keys, and miscellaneous other 'junk" I can't seem to do without. The leather looks quite nice and I like that the bag zips completely shut. It holds all I want to carry (because I don't like a heavy, stuffed bag) and doesn't become too heavy. The temptation with a larger bag is to use it like a tote bag and then it weighs a ton. If you like a compact bag, this may be it for you.

Stone color looks much lighter on the computer than in person. Disappointed in that. It is much darker in person. But I love the design. Perfect size and design! Back side phone pocket on outside, zip pocket and 2 phone pockets inside. Roomy without being huge!!! The leather is VERY SOFT. Love the braided strap!!! Much nicer than the rope type straps. Perfect length to carry over shoulder. Wish it came in MORE SOLID COLORS with this design! I wouldn't keep it because of the color being too beige for my taste, but the style is just perfect for me.

This is my second Indio Demi bag by SAK. It’s a perfect size for me and much lighter and more versatile than the Coach leather bags that I have preferred for over 25 years. This style has a short, non-adjustable shoulder strap and one or more zippers. These travel easily, move from casual to dressy nicely and store things nicely. I intend to add more to my accessory wardrobe. I love these!

Man, I just love this style purse. I'd get it in about 3 different colors if my budget could take it! I love the color, the texture and softness of the leather, and the size is just about perfect for my about-towning. I have kind of a big wallet, but it takes my wallet, my glasses case, and a few other little odds and ends. Then my tissues, pens, and lipsticks/lip balms fit tidily into the elastic slip pockets, and the zipper pocket holds more personal items. My one complaint is that I wish the slip pocket on the outside back were just a *little* bit deeper. That's where I keep my cellphone, and if I'm not careful, it slides out really easily when I bend over. But otherwise, it's my favorite purse.

The Sak Indio Demi is the perfect purse! I love the size, and even though it is small, it fits everything that I need. I can even fit a Kindle HD inside. I like the unique strap, and it has plenty of pockets for organization. It's really well made of soft leather and is light to carry. I strongly recommend this purse, and I am even considering buying another.Edited on 7/11/14:I have had this purse for only two months. However, it now looks very worn, faded, and cheap. The zipper tags are also falling apart. It does not look good. I absolutely loved this purse when I got it, but I do not think that it will last much longer. I thought The Sak made good quality purses, but this particular product does not live up to high standards. I am very disappointed with this purse. I absolutely do NOT recommend it anymore.

I just adore this handbag... to me it's perfection. I like it so much that have it in two other colors besides the black. It holds quite a lot and when I open the bag I can easily everything that's inside.... no deep dark hole where things are lost. The single thing I love the lmost is the beautiful braided handle... it stays on my shoulder and looks just as good draped over my arm. Lots of compartments are also appreciated and I always have to have at least one zipper compartment on the outside. Just can't say enough about this great little handbag.... smart looking, functional, soft, supple leather, and great colors!
