The lower part of mine doesnt light up? Similar to the blue picture review, mine doesnt have lights going downwards, only around the top section. Beautiful pastel colors though. I love this. Great quality, light weight, the light is bright and could work as a night light for younger kids.

Its very good quality, and very well made. The only downfall is that the batteries die super fast, but thats expected. I really do love how it looks, and the color scheme is a beautiful mix. Its not small, but also not super big, so its perfect to hang on the wall. It works as intended and looks beautiful.
