Will this be a got fit for an 8 year old?

My daughter turned 7 past May and got this bike for that birthday. Been riding it since and is at very bottom of seat height, so ample room to grow. She is average height for her age.

This bike was horrible! Made horrible! Has broken on us so many times called several times when under warranty and no help!
