Hands down, my favorite. My go-to is this! It makes my skin practically glow right after and it's so smooth once it's patted dry and everything. I highly suggest this if your face is anything like mine where it's both oily yet dry. It is perfect and makes my skin feel 100% better.

I have had great results with this and can see the dead skin come off when using this product, I don’t believe that it’s just the product solidifying and rolling up like some people say, because if I use it twice in a row in the same place, the second time it doesn’t produce that dead skin like the first time.I have very hard water which causes darkening in areas, and was the biggest thing I wanted to fix. Usually I have to scrub my skin raw to get rid of it but with this, it’s so much better.Ease of use:I have not had to worry about the product hurting my skin, unlike a lot of exfoliating/peeling products that I’ve tried.Skin feel:Makes skin softer and more comfortable. I don’t believe it has ever left my skin irritated or inflamed, unless I was scrubbing really hard or something.Scent:Has virtually no scentWhy did you pick this product vs others?:I have tried products that are more expensive and branded to look like medical products, with fancy names and such, and nothing else has worked for me as well as this. I also have not had to worry about not leaving it on for longer than “X” minutes or that it’s going to irritate my skin like I’ve had to worry about with other products.

Elf is my favorite brand, so perhaps I'm biased, but this product is perfect for anyone dealing with dry or dead skin and even acne. I use it all the time as a replacement for my scrubs. It's gentler on the skin and has no odor for all my sensitive skin people out there! I didn't rate it as a 5/5 because even though it says it's a part of their “Holy Hydration” line, it doesn't necessarily mean it's hydrating. Instead, I WOULD say that it is pretty drying and you need a good follow-up moisturizer to go with it. But all in all, it does a fantastic job at removing the old layers of skin.

I’ve been dealing with flakey skin by my nose for easily over a year. This within seconds made my skin soft again. Highly recommend. Smells very nice. There’s a lot in there for the price , I saw an expensive different brand on Tik tok , someone recommended this instead at like $50 cheaper. Does the same exact exfoliating experience for $10 !!

Had to wash off after less than 5 seconds. It turns out my skin is sensitive to polypropylene glycol, which is the second ingredient so there’s a lot of it in this product. My face is now very pink, incredibly dry and the moisturizer I put on right away feels sticky. I didn’t read the instructions well enough to be using it anyway. The back of the bottle says it can be used by people with dry skin. I don’t recommend it for people with dry, sensitive skin. Not at all. Within two seconds of putting it on my dry skin it started to burn. Not tingle. Burn. Thankfully it rinsed away very well, very quickly. I messed up with the product big time anyway. For starters it’s called a *peeling* exfoliant. I bought it thinking that I would be letting it dry and then peeling it off. No, it’s not that at all. You put it on, rub your fingers in circular motions for a little bit and then rinse it off. There’s no letting it dry and peeling it off. Important distinction. So that was a big disappointment. Now, though I only had it on a few seconds, my skin is freaking out. Polypropylene glycol, the second ingredient, is “generally considered safe” according to the CDC. It’s used in some makeup and medications. It is also used to get the ice off airplane wings. And as a paint solvent. I can’t believe I didn’t read the instructions or the ingredients list! I’m just not interested in using skincare with polypropylene glycol anymore. My skin is so dry and freaking out that I put a thick eye cream all over my face and the thick had soaked in completely within a couple of minutes. It’s Kiehl’s avocado eye cream, which usually takes a good 20 minutes to soak in. Even though they cost more, I want to switch to all natural ingredients from now on. Those types of products are generally more expensive, but it’s been over an hour and my face still feels like it’s going to crack from extreme dryness. I just don’t like this product.
