This is a great,heavily built and well designed product with great fit and finish. Packaging is excellent for shipping with excellent instructions. Assembles very easily and quick. Also works perfect with a ridgid R2911 router on the universal base plate. Highly recommend.

The product is solid, the angle brackets are very stout, the rails are pretty strong. It went together easily enough with good instructions including colored pictures. The hardware is above average as well. It comes with to pieces of acrylic for router mount, both very strong. My only complaints are there is some deflection in the rails which requires a steady hand and eye for perfect leveling but nothing that can’t be dealt with. The acrylic plate slides directly on the aluminum rails which will wear a groove in the plate and cause a wobble eventually. Other than that it’s a good product

Worked very well and definitely worth every penny. Solid parts and hardware. I added a rubber mat on the inside blocking the wheels to keep spoil chips from clogging up the wheel track. Actually works well and may be a suggestion to add to the design. More cost effective than commercial planer or belt sander, little more elbow grease but should last if taken care of.

I use this on almost all of my projects to flatten wood. I have a jointer, but would rather use this sled.

This works nice for the price however, if you need to raise the carriage then it will most likely shake loose. I ended up cutting blocks to put under the raised bed so it wouldn’t slide down.

You have to put a block of wood on the height adjustment, otherwise the adjustment slips. The knobs, no matter how tight you have them slip after every pass, leaving an uneven surface. There are better products available at this price point. Highly disappointed with this.

you'll have to worry about several updates to make your work more effective such as a specific table, dust removal, etc. In my case, I started with a flat table and must vacuum dust from the wheels since those brushes are useless. I wish I could return. The price should be at most $75 for this.
