Overheated
The charger worked just fine, but the converter got so hot it melted the plastic. So dangerous! And it's frustrating that I have to get another charger because of it.Edit: They refunded my purchase, which I appreciate. They were pleasant to work with for that.

After using this for a few days, everything seems working perfectly fine, the adapter and power cord look great and feel solid. No overheating issue whatsoever. tbh, this thing really did surprise me with its quality at this price point. Overall, No complaints so far, I like the ROG logo on it, and I can definitely feel the gamer vibe of it. Happy with the purchase! 10/10
