This roller is much softer than the traditional foam roller but it still works to relieve muscle tightness and pain . I also loved the dvds which provided a great deal of information to help you get started , especially if you have never used a foam roller

I can't live without MELT
I have been using the MELT roller for over a year now and feel like I would be in really bad shape if I had not started the program. I sit a lot with my job and realized at the end of the day I felt horrible from it. I was exhausted, had no energy, my joints were stiff and I basically felt 30 years older. I saw this product on YouTube and watched the videos and how to use it. I had used foam rollers in the past that were hard and painful that i wouldn't use them because they caused pain. This MELT is flexible but firm and the length is great.I have purchased this for myself and for friends and family to use and we all feel like this is a product has saved our lives.We don't realize how much stress and tension we carry every day and how unhealthy it is. The damage that it does to our bodies and the long term effects. MELT is not difficult, I was a size 24 when I started it. It took a little bit of time build some strength to do all of the MELT moves, particularly to lie vertically on on and balance myself on it. But after a couple of weeks, I was able to sit and lie down on it and do the moves. I started gaining strength feeling better and it's easier to move and stay active, MELT makes that possible. I melt each day for about 20 minutes and then exercise for 30 minutes. This makes my workouts easier, warms me up so I can work out more effectively. I am ordering more for Christmas as gifts for my friends who keep saying they are going to try it, but have not bought this yet.

Great DVDs; poor quality, expensive roller
Great DVDs and easy to follow along with the instructor. Cheaper than attending classes so worth it. Knocking off stars for the very low quality roller that breaks in half, along its length, and the company doesn’t stand behind it.
