The sweat bands are great. I used on a fedora type hat and a baseball hat. Both fit very well and did the job. I am very pleased.

I used these to fix a cracked leather headband at my forehead area. I am so glad I found these because they restored my fisherman's cap. It did not change the fit much either. I love this hat and this product kept it on my head.

These are great ! I bought for reducing hat size but the terry material will help with sweating ! It’s easy to fit the hat and now my hat feels perfect

Had a bad baseball hat liner that bunched up after wearing. Bought these to cut out the old liner and replace it. They work great! Now wear the hat all the time for a couple months and have only used one of the inserts. Only gripe is that the material can be a bit warm in the hot humid summer.

I purchased this to tighten a loose cap. I'm between sizes. This is the most suitable item I've found here for this purpose. It worked too well and I had to trim it down which is not ideal.
