Excellent, top-notch flat pan.
This is the best flat pan I’ve ever owned. Nothing sticks to it and it’s easy to clean. Even without detergent, most burned on food just wipes off of this pan. While this pan is not cheap, it’s quality is top-notch. This is one of those cases where you definitely pay more, but you get what you pay for with this pan. The pan is heavy - it weighs around 4 pounds, so it’s not for weaklings but it’s, also, certainly heavy duty. I think if you treat this pan with a modicum of care, it’s likely to last a lifetime. After having this and having cooked with it, now, for a few months, I would, definitely, consider adding more Caraway pans to my kitchen’s tools. If their other products are as sturdy and well-built as this pan is, there’s no way that you could go wrong in buying them. Highly recommended!

Still nice even though it was
It's a nice pan. Mine of course was run over by a truck, but that's FedEx's fault not the manufacturer. (I generally try to avoid sellers on Amazon who use FedEx or UPS due to the high risk of damage by both.)I must say that even though it arrived with tread marks on the box and the pan itself being warped, it's a nice sheet pan.

Best Ever
I love this line of oven ware and pans. Nothing sticks at all m! super easy to clean because of that. The other company I like is called “our place”. These are nontoxic pans that I feel confident cooking with

I was looking to update my years old cheap baking sheets, and after over a month of use I can say I am fully obsessed with the Caraway sheet! It is truly nonstick and cooks to perfection every time! Wish I’d switched sooner

Food does not stick to surface!
It was used this evening to bake salmon. No foil needed. It slipped right off! Very satisfied with it.
