Refresh and Relax
I love this tea so much! I has a fresh taste alone but I add honey and lemon. So refreshing and relaxing. It also helps with my tummy troubles. Highly recommended!!

It works!
I have been drinking this about an hour before bed an it is helping me fall asleep without my mind running all over the place. The taste is a bit too earthy for me but as long as I'm sleeping, I will keep drinking it.

Best lemon balm ever
I tried a few brands and this one is far better than others high quality organic ones. I have not expected that. 1 - bags are great quality and full of tea not just a speckle of herbs 2 - taste is amazing 3 - I immediately feel the effects It’s my favourite go to if I don’t have enough fresh from the garden If you follow Medical Medium protocols don’t look farther. This tea made wonders on my healing journey. And actually it’s the only dried lemon balm that I truly enjoy. I hope that helps.

Unsure about quality control
Mixed feelings on this- aroma and taste is good, but I didn't realize until I received it that it's coming from China, and unfortunately I don't feel like I can trust quality control on anything coming from China. They just don't have the same quality control mechanisms in place as US. Also, I meant to stick with organic, and this is not organic. So maybe I'm paranoid, but I'm not going to be drinking any more of it.

Apparently promotes deep sleep if consumed before bed
I am drinking this tea a couple of hours before bed to promote relaxation and deep sleep. I also add liquid magnesium. I feel like I am falling asleep and staying asleep better this week - without drowsiness in the evening. It's a good habit and prevents me from snacking too.

Kept seeing this on TikTok. Tastes pretty good. I add a bit of honey. It affected my guts tho. Like, feeling flu-ish in the stomach for 2 days. Stopped and it went away. Maybe a coincidence but ....the fool I am will test it again and come back with an update haha
