It was the first time I used a heat press machine, I searched on amazon for few days but could not figure out which one should be great for my business. Firstly, this machine seems sold for few days, because there was no review on it. But I am the one who like to try new things. So I purchased it. The bad result should be that I can return it if it can’t satisfy me. But no, I could give this machine 100% after few tries. It was definitely what I want! At the first time, I was not sure how to use it, read the manual book first, and tried every steps, and finally we got to know how to use it. So I asked my husband to make a video, I thought this might be helpful for new beginners, lol. If you don’t know how to use it, then you can follow me. For the T-shirt, I set the temperature at 356F, at 30S, and it worked pretty good. 👍👍 I have not tried the mug and plates, and the hat, will do it after buying some materials for these. To sum it up, I love the swing away and the slide out function, thus I won’t hurt my fingers. It is safe for people with these user friendly designs, thank you the designer of oiiee!❤️ The image on the T-shirt seems very clear, I tested it by washing, by hands and also the washing machine, it had no scratches after these steps. Will start a small T-shirt making business with this machine, and hope it can help us to make a living. Anyway, I love this machine, and highly recommend it!👏👏

Absolutely love this press . It comes with all the extra attachments. It works great . Easy to use . You can easily adjust the pressure setting . The power box is digital & it’s very easy to change the temperature, time & all of that . I love this press. I haven’t had any issues with it and it’s been months . There no uneven pressure . It works wonderfully

This is my 2nd heat press. My first was a 12”x15” and was just too small for my daily use. I chose this heat press that is 15”x15”. It had all the attachments I wanted (especially the hat). Plus the base of the regular press pulls out while the top swings so the likelihood of getting burnt decreases a great deal. I did have an issue with the control box but after contacting the OIIEE customer service they immediately mailed a new one out to me. It has worked absolutely perfect since. (My best guess was a wire defect since the power button still lit up just not the display). I would definitely recommend this product to beginners and anyone who needs a nice heat press. The attachments work great, customer service is amazing, and it’s an overall great product at any even greater price.

I've had this machine for a little over a year. I'm not a full time shirt maker etc, so I barely use this... but within the first couple months the screws feel out completely from one of the handles on the top, the bottom slide platform came loose from the left side so it won't slide back in and out, then according to the video clip in the listing, it shows how to remove and replace the attachments for hats etc.... well, MY machine's screws/ locations etc aren't the same as the ones in the video!! Also, it shows ahex top meeting to be used for the removal of the screws and it didn't provide the next tool to do the removals. 😵‍💫 This machine is too expensive to be falling apart so quickly and to not be built the way it shows on the video! The screws for the hat attachment aren't removal on my machine... they're coming up through THE BOTTOM of the slide plate and ONE IS TOO SHORT TO BE TIGHTENED! WHAT A HEADACHE!!! The seller should be better than this. PROVIDE WHAT IS SHOWN, not some cheaper version of the product your selling! This machine has been nothing but problems for me.

I got this to use instead of the Cricut manual heat press because I wanted something that would hold the pressure appropriately. I decided to go with this heat press because of the good reviews and it looked like it fit exactly what I needed at a good price point as well as adding accessory options for me to add items to my business (such as hats). I was very impressed with the packaging and how it really protected the press. I also loved the inclusion of the heat protecting sheets and padding. It's very simple to be able to swap the accessories and change the clamping pressure. I also like that it was very easy to set the temperature and the time setting. The other thing that surprised me was that the top portion can swing out of the way so you can easily place and remove the item that you are pressing. I think the only issue that I can think of is that it took a little longer than I expected to get up to the temperature I needed but that may just be because of the size and solidity of the heating elements. Overall, I'm very pleased with this heat press and wouldn't hesitate to purchase it again!

I got the 15x15 heat press not really knowing what size I would need. The 12x15 would've been sufficient as well after using this one, however I am happy with the bigger surface heat press. At first, I was a little confused on how to put the whole thing together. The instruction booklet was only minimally helpful but the big chunk of the machine is already put together. It's more of attaching the display unit on it. There are picture visuals of how to install the other attachments as well. When first turning on the machine and testing out how to set everything (temperature, time), it was all straight forward. I did hear this constant clicking sound once the machine reached it's final temperature. I didn't think that was normal so I reached out directly to the supplier by email. I even sent them a short video clip of what I was experiencing and they assured me everything was fine and functioning normally and also the clicking sound does stop while you're actively pressing and using the timer. The return response from my email was less than half a day as well, so I was really happy that customer service was responsive. I had a project coming up for customized tshirts, about 30 total and was pretty stoked to put this to use. Of course with any new machine/tool, there will be some trial and error with the proper temperature, pressure and time. The booklet gave higher recommendations from what I'm used to, I want to say it was around 338 F for 25-30 sec. That was way too high in temp for me and also the vinyl I used definitely didn't need that time frame to heat press properly. If this helps anyone, I was heat pressing on a Bella+Canvas shirt for 275 F at about 10-15 seconds and it worked perfectly. I didn't think I would like it, but I do now like the top frame rotating swivel function. I'm more used to the clam shell type system, but this rotating frame is growing on me. This set also came with a fabric teflon sheet to place in between the heat press and shirt which came in handy too, but I had my own as well that I also placed underneath my shirt. Hope this helps anyone considering a new heat press!

Setup of the machine was extremely easy and the directions to change the heat plates was easy to follow. I have had no issues with using this machine for it's intended purpose. Heats up fairly quick and can adjust the pressure to fit my needs. I also love that the tray can be pulled out, even though the top plate swivels away. It does take a lot of room, so make sure you have the space to support using it!

I spent a lot of time trying to find the right machine at the right price, and I found it! In particular, I LOVE the swing away top and versatility of options. I also have my own teflon sheets for added protection. I'm learning a little at a time, and love it. Have already used it to print aprons for the non-profit that I volunteer with, we needed new aprons - and this worked great. It's a bit no frills on the instructions, but you can find what you need on You Tube.
