I wanted some supplement with dandelion and this one definitely satisfies me.

This item has a great range of well know ingredients in it. All have been well document to aid all things liver! I tend to take something like this for a few days after a bit of a heavier weekend to aid with recover and over all health. The festive season these particularly come in handy. Whilst it's hard to pinpoint visible or feelible results, you have to trust in the science that its doing you some good. The onky thing I don't like dome much about this is the supply. Each bottle only contains 20 days worth of supplement (3 capsules per serving). So a bottle doesn't even last a month, bit the price tag is still on the higher end. It is a mix of quality ingredients, and, if like me, you don't take them daily, you'll get a lot longer out of them. But for a regular user you'd need more than a bottle a month.

Nach einigen Tagen der Einnahme bemerkte ich eine Verbesserung meiner Verdauung und fühlte mich insgesamt besser. Meine Leberwerte haben sich nach der Einnahme des Produkts gefühlt leicht verbessert. Alles in allem ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und somit klare Kaufempfehlung.

Die in den USA hergestellten Kapseln zur Unterstützung der Leber kommen in einem Plastikbehälter verpackt zu Hause an. Dieser beinhaltet 60 Kapseln, welche bei der empfohlenen Dosis für 20 Tage ausreichen. Die Einnahme der Kapseln funktioniert durch die Standardgröße recht gut. Was wir kurz finden ist die Haltbarkeit. Diese ist bei unserem Döschen mit 10/2024 angegeben. Vergleichbare Produkte halten da deutlich länger. Durch die Zusammensetzung mit den bekannten Inhaltsstoffen, ist eine positive Wirkung zu erwarten. Man fühlt sich auf jeden Fall vom Kopf her besser. Negative Begleiterscheinungen sind nicht aufgetreten. Wer etwas für seine Leber machen möchte, ist hier gut bedient.

I give my dogs milk thistle every month after their heartworm meds for 3 days to help cleanse the liver and the dandelion is also a great cleanser which I also sometimes add to my dogs food for the same reason so thought since I take a list of meds myself I would try it as well. The capsules are easy to swallow and there is no nasty after taste. I do think that it is a little pricey for what you are getting though since you are suppose to take 3 capsules a day and there are only 60 capsules in the bottle which only adds up to 20 days. Overall I have not head any problems taking it, no side effects for me.

I took T.A.P.S. by Thorne Labs for years for liver support, due to meds I take and the toll they take long-term, but it was discontinued. Although this doesn't have the turmeric or picrhoriza that is in that, it has the artichoke and milk thistle, and also adds dandelion and something they call Solarplast, a "unique complex from spinach leaf extract." I like the effect after taking it--it's similar to the slight discomfort and cramping I felt in the abdomen after taking T.A.P.S., and I think it means it's working. If you take three of the large capsules per day, which is what they recommend, and what I took, it is only a 20 day supply--I think that's a little cost prohibitive for my budget to take regularly, but I will possibly take it from time to time, alternating with some other ones.
