Best Electrolyte Mix I’ve Tried
I’ve been using LMNT for a few weeks now, and I’m really impressed. I live in a hot climate and sweat a lot during workouts, so staying hydrated is important. Great Sports Drink.
LMNT is Awesome. It is a must try for sure. I’ve tried a few Electrolyte Drink mixes. Some are good and some are just okay. It just depends on your individual needs. I’ve struggled with low sodium and potassium levels for a while, and this did the trick with key ingredients. The Taste is good but yes a bit salty, for me the magic number is 28 oz of water per one packet. It mixes well and is not grainy at all like other powders. All the flavors are good, again a based in individual palate. I use one packet per day after workouts or housework and it hits the spot, I prefer it with cold water.
