T Slot Bolts for Thule, Yakima Roof Rack Cross Bars, Platform, Cargo Basket, Stainless Square T Track Bolt Adapter to Secure Bike/Ski/Kayak Rack, Solar Panel, Awning

Installed as channel nuts to secure crossbar solar supports on my Rhino Rack tracks on the roof of my camper. I had to wiggle these a bit to get them past the channel screws holding the channel to the roof, but I am happy with the fit. Nice to have all the extra hardware - a complete kit. Good quality, no issues at all. So far 500 miles and all secure, I’ll check them again in another 1000 miles.

I ordered a set of Malone aero crossbars for my 2024 Subaru Crosstrek. I have an older Jegs cargo carrier that I used atop our Outback, but the mounts were not ideal for the aero crossbars (they would probably work, but not ideal). I ordered this set of stainless-steel T slot bolts on Amazon. The are a perfect fit for the T slots in the crossbar. They come with the T slot bolts (M6x1mm thread), flat washers, lock washers, and a nut. I added my own fender washers and used 8 of these T slot bolts to attach the Jegs carrier. It is a perfect, secure fit and mounts pretty easily. It takes about 10 minutes to attach it to the crossbars. I am adding a set of self-designed 3D printed knobs with M6x1mm nylock washers for a faster mount and unmount, but these T slot bolts make it all possible.

Did the job well. Would buy again.

All the bits and pieces were there. I ordered it to use it on my Polaris Pro RMK tunnel. I'll need to grind them down to make them fit the channels but I knew that when ordering them.

The pegs fits perfectly for the Thule Aero bars. Came in with twelve 35mm pegs. It fits firmly in for the big mouth Thule 599xtr bike rack. It saved me a lot of money. It would have so much more if I order from a Thule reseller.
