Love this sign, but I lost the travel drive & my laptop died that I had the app on to use the sign. So now my sign is useless & I can’t get any help from the company!!

I live on a corner with walkable traffic. I live to display bible verses of words of encouragement. It hangs on the interior top of my window and the installation was very easy with the adjustable tabs to hang it from. I used cup hooks. It was easy to set up and I can change the messages from my (android) phone.

Bought this to add to my Christmas display. Used to advertise when light show starts and what channel to tune your car radio to. It is very impressive. Bright and my favorite new item added to my show this year. Was going to build one but for the price and quality of this one, I couldn't resist. The only thing is to program it you have to use the led program provided (PowerLed) and when going to youtube the only videos explaining the program are from China and only show you and there is no audio. I was able to figure it out as I am somewhat familiar with the concept. Very pleased with quality of unit. Well packaged too. Bubble wrapped and sandwiched between two pieces of thin plywood.

Junk! Been trying for a month to program the thing (with a link I found on here because no software or instructions are included!) and i can’t get it to actually show on the screen! Has been a NIGHTMARE and when I finally give up, I’m a couple days past my return window. Peachy! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Find an American made that will actually have the software (didn’t know something so expensive wouldn’t include software). Amazing customer service would be appreciated… hoping you can figure a way to take this expensive paper weight back since I’m clearly only a couple of days past! Here’s to hoping!

This LED sign has worked for me, but it took some time to figure it out. Just need to play with it to make sure the results are what you are expecting. But I finally got it worked for Halloween and had it sitting outside in the elements for about two weeks. Then the Christmas season began, so the sign was working from Thanksgiving to New Year's Eve, without an issue. We live in the middle of the USA. so we see all kinds of weather, from warm to freezing, from rain to snow. It it still kept on working. This will be our 2nd year with it sitting out and expect it to perform like a champion.

It's cool, yes. Easy to use, kinda. Being a smidge tech savvy I'm not too happy with some features. First, the times are off. The date is right, but the time if off. Tried syncing times, wouldn't work. So if I want a particular set of words to show during a set of hours, I'm pretty much screwed. It's a big game of trial and error. Seems like every time a made a tweak, something else changed. Like it went to a default setting every time. So every time I plugged it up, waited for it to load, I would see something altered that I never touched. Very annoying.... Lastly, moving images don't look as good as I hoped. Tried to put burning rubber on it...just looked grey. Overall, it's bright. It gets your message across clean and does look pretty cool

This product has been great so far. I like the clips it comes with to hang the sign. So far I’ve done some simple programming for displaying ads for my business. There are ways to get more detailed and have certain images come up. Only problem with this device is the software it comes with. It’s pretty complicated and not easy to navigate. I figured out the basis pretty quickly and will continue to explore its abilities as I become more familiar with the software. It loads the information quickly to the sign and begins displaying the custom graphics in seconds. I wish there was more info on using the software or some preloaded programs that had the ability to change the text. I haven’t checked YouTube yet but that’s my next task. Overall I’d buy the product. Only $150 and I can hang it in my window and advertise 24/7.

I bought this for my business several years ago. All bulbs and sections are still working as when I bought. Excellent!

This is a very good sign. I am very happy. The customer service was also outstanding. I was having some trouble programing the sign and Nicole responded to my questions immediately She is in China, I am in BC, Canada. She solved my problem fast and professionally. Thank you!
