Surprisingly solid aluminum rack
I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this rack. Unit ships in pieces and must be assembled. You'll need a phillips screwdriver and a 6mm allen key (not supplied in the kit). The rack is completely made from aluminum extrusions and bolts together. Some of the pieces have locating features that help hold them together during assembly. Unit is not flimsy even when empty. I really like the quality of this rack.

Great rack for limited space.
My requirements were minimal, 12-15u for limited office space, had to be on wheels. After much back/forth I finally settled on the Raising Electronics 15U and I have been very pleased with the product. Assembly was straight forward and only took about 30-45 minutes. The quality is top-notch and once assembled it was solid enough to stand on. It came w/ plenty of screws and "cage nuts" and the addition of the shelf rails worked out perfect for supporting a rail-less server. Overly I'm super please with the product and would recommend. The one minor issue I had was the lower rails (wheels) extend past the profile of the rack (front / back). In the end it makes a nice wall stand-off for an air gap and my concerns were unwarranted for my case, but be aware if you have specific spacing requirements.

Straight Up Good
I love 19" racks and use them around my house and shop to organize equipment even outside music and IT equipment. It's just great to have a standardized system to stack and storage. I wish there would be something comparable for shelving and drawers.ANYWAY. Product comes in a big heavy box (don't forget to give your Amazon Driver a hug, or at least a positive feedback on the delivery). It's all included. It's not the average IKEA furniture build though. The package come with many tiny pieces as it comes with the nature of it's adjustable purpose. If you are not familiar with these type of racks, bring a good amount of time and patience. Putting it together isn't difficult but needs focus and attention. Following the instructions helps as well as organizing the parts beforehand. There is nothing negative for me to write about this rack. It does what it says with a descent quality. It's not heavy duty like what it's used in server rooms, but good enough for music studios and small business applications. I hope this helps to make a decision.
