Great Value - A Brilliant Upgrade from My Old Cup
Switching to menstrual cups years ago was one of the best decisions Iโve made for both comfort and environmental impact, so I was really interested to see how this Shordy set compared to the wellโknown brand Iโve used before. I opted for the large size (you can buy a small, or even a mixed set, which is a thoughtful touch), and Iโm genuinely impressed. Let's break it down practically: Fit & Comfort Iโll be honest: the large cup looks intimidating at first, especially if youโre new to cups. But as someone who has had two children, this size is actually the perfect fit. If youโve ever experienced leaking with a cup that isnโt full, itโs almost always a sign the size isnโt right. Going up a size can make all the difference. With this cup, Iโve had zero leakage, except on the rare occasion Iโve simply left it in longer than I should. That reliability has been a complete game changer. I now swim confidently on my period (something I used to avoid on holiday), and itโs handled gym sessions and dayโtoโday movement without issue. I started out using a pad as backup, but I donโt need that anymore. Insertion & Removal If youโre new to cups, there is a learning curve and I won't try and fool you here. However, a few cycles in, it becomes second nature. I watched a couple of YouTube videos and that helped a lot. Some people trim the stem, but I actually regret doing that with mine. The rounded end on this one is really helpful for gripping during removal. I use it to get a finger in place to break the suction. I know it's not glamorous, but very practical. Design & Practicality The set includes two cups and a travel/sterilising case, which is brilliant. If youโre out for the day, having a spare cup is incredibly handy. And a small tip for beginners: if you need to empty it while out, disabled or parentโandโchild toilets often have a sink inside the cubicle, which makes everything much easier. The dark green colour is lovely and has stayed looking clean and fresh. My older cup from another brand has discoloured over time and is harder to clean, so this one definitely wins in that department. Output is easy to measure too, if thatโs something you track. Overall Some reviewers mention discomfort with insertion or removal, but in my experience thatโs down to technique and getting familiar with your own anatomy. Once you get the hang of it, a cup is a great menstrual product choice. For the price, you get two cups plus a sanitisation/travel case, and the quality genuinely rivals the big brands. If youโre curious about switching to cups or looking for a reliable alternative, this set is absolutely worth trying.

A game-changer!
Iโve been meaning to try a menstrual cup for years but always made an excuse not to buy one for whatever reason. After seeing how reasonably priced this one was and being impressed with the reviews, I decided to just go for it. I am so so happy that I did and Iโll tell you for why... (name that show) 1. I liked that it came with both sizes. I was unsure which to go for. Iโm a 33 year old with two children however they were born via c-section, not vaginally so I was confused as to whether that made a difference. I tried the large straight away and it just so happens that it was perfect for me. I have a 12 year old daughter who I will give the small one to so she can use it when she feels confident enough to insert it properly. 2. Prior to first use, the look of the cup is intimidating. You canโt imagine how it will work when itโs inserted and I worried that it would take me ages (and require flexibility reserved for somebody much younger and slimmer than myself!) to make sure it was positioned correctly. I neednโt have worried. It went in correctly first time. I have an average height cervix and found that I didnโt need to alter the length of the stem however it is worth bearing in mind that you can cut it to length to make it more comfortable. 3. This little beauty worked as it should immediately, leaving me in awe and wishing that Iโd tried it years earlier. I canโt feel it once itโs in position and for somebody with an average flow, I only need to empty it twice a day. I have had no leaks whatsoever. 4. Removal of the cup is simple enough. Possibly a little messy but nothing that I believe should put anybody off purchasing it. Plus it is so fascinating to see your โoutputโ - itโs less than you might have imagined! 5. This cup will pay for itself after only a couple of months use and I imagine will last for years when taken care of properly. I canโt tell you how happy I am that I no longer have to buy tampons - both for the cost aspect, and the environmental impact. In summary, if you are dithering for whatever reason, I can wholeheartedly recommend this cup, especially if you are not wanting to part with the ยฃ25+ for a moon cup or diva cup. It might be the best thing you do for yourself, your bank account, and the environment!

Money saving
First time trying these instead of pads. I am pleased though they tend to leak if you're sat down/ lying down. If you're upright no leakage. I tend to wear a liner with it. The small one leaks the most so stick to the bigger size. Overall would recommend as it saves on sanitary supplies.

Amazing product
Iโve ordered this yesterday I got a small and a large one , so far Iโve only used the small one , itโs kinda soft but at first kinda difficult to put in or take out at first it felt really uncomfortable while it was in but after a while u couldnโt feel it anymore , taking it out was the worse part it hurt really bad but now i doesnโt hurt and itโs much easier to put it in once you get the hang of it thereโs really no problem I havenโt leaked this whole time I even wore it to bed amazing product you should buy!

Great for the environment and budget
This is the first menstrual cup Iโve ever used. Initially there has been a trial and error phase but after a few days I got the hang of it and now I love it. Thereโs absolutely no leaking if you insert it right (the top should not be folded after you insert it) and you donโt feel it at all. You only need to change it around every 12 hours and it does not prevent urination, so itโs quite convenient whether Iโm at home or work. More importantly Iโve stopped buying menstrual pads and tampons which is a huge environmental bonus and great for my budget. There are two products in the set so Iโm pretty much set for a decade at this price - what a deal! I just wish I found out about this earlier.

Best cup I've had so far
I started out using the original Moon cup, and while I'll never look back to using disposable period products, I didn't like how the opaque whiteish ones yellow over time with staining no matter how much you boil and clean it. It also didn't come with any appropriate casing as a fabric pouch isn't ideal for anything silicone. The bright pink ones didn't appeal to me either, so I tried out this more aesthetically pleasing dark green one. Having used the larger size of moon cup, I went straight in for the larger size here too thinking it'd be the same, but these ones are slightly bigger! Like when first using cups, there was a small adjustment period, but now that I'm used to it, I barely notice it's size difference. I feel fortunate my periods have never bothered me much beyond the inconvenience of bleeding however, so if you're more sensitive to cup size and cramps you might want to size down! The rounded end and smoother feel to the silicone also makes for a much more comfortable feel and easier on inserting and removal. I think it can be a little more tricky to insert and get it to pop open due to it's slightly larger size, but again, once you're used to it, you find your technique. The dark solid colour means it's more difficult to gauge how much blood ends up in the cup if that matters to you, but it also makes any staining less of an issue, as I'm yet to notice any discolouration at all! I also really appreciate the plastic case and extra cup (both cups fit in with a bit of a squeeze), as this makes things easier when you're out on the go.

Very thick and rigid
I read the reviews and a lot of them said that it hurt and I was skeptical and I thought it looks like a good quality brand as there's lots of good reviews but the item is arrived today I've not tried it and I've took one look at the product and I've noticed that the thickness of the item is just too thick and that's why I think people are finding it uncomfortable because the ones I'm using a very flexible and that ridges inside you makes sense that is going to be quite uncomfortable so I'm not happy I'm going to be returning

Small size great, big size heavy
Overall, great cups, the smaller one is great, after I had my second child I needed to up the size but the bigger cup is also heavier so I constantly felt like it was going to fall out, it was causing unnecessary pressure and stress. Would not recommend the bigger cup, the bigger size shouldn't be heavier

Life saver
I had a beach trip coming up, got this bad boy at the last minute and it did not disappoint. I was skeptical of wearing it to the beach but this was my first menstrual cup. It was uncomfortable at first but wearing it for a while, my body got used to it and I almost forgot my cycle was on. All I know itโs definitely saved me money from tampons and pads. I still have my entire box of tampons. Needless to say, I love it.

I don't know how I lived without these
If you've used menstrual cups before: - Medium firmness (less firm than a name brand starting w "D") - Tail is not too long/uncomfortable - I think the tail tip is too big and is a bit uncomfortable, so I ended up cutting it off - stays in place incredibly well - hasn't stained (so far) If you haven't used cups before: Definitely try it! Menstrual cups changed my life, I can NEVER go back to tampons! Pros: - they're cheap - feel pretty similar in quality to all the others I've used (A couple names/mainstream brands and a few more obscure) - has a case, not just a bag! I much prefer a solid, especially compact case Maybe: Medium-firm firmness. For new users, you may prefer a softer firmness, I believe I started with ones a bit softer than this, but I felt the trade-off was they did not feel as secure. Cons: Although it's easy to snip with a pair of scissors, I found the bottom of the tab to be uncomfortable. This is easy to deal with, though. You can cut the whole tab if you want to.

Better than the Mooncup
Had been using the moon up for years, but since Brexit made it so expensive to import, I tried the Shordy and find it better, more comfortable, than the Mooncup!

I really like it, smooth construction and the 2 different sizes is a plus
I was a long time user of the Divacup (like 10 years) and that cup finally quit. I liked the divacup but had always hated the ridges at the bottom of the diva cup, and that stem (which I cut off) and found it a little long sometimes, it always sat way too low at the start of my cycle. I got this 2 pack to try something a little shorter and I really love it. The smaller one works well at the start of my cycle then I switch to the bigger one. Everything about the construction is smooth without any ridges so it cleans well and is very comfortable. I also like how the rim is constructed, it is more rigid so it pops open really well.

Wonโt go back to anything else after these!
Excellent quality and very comfortable to use. Having two different sizes made it easy to find the best fit, and the included storage case is a nice bonus. They're easy to clean and feel durable. Great value compared to other brands.
