It's really tasty even the aroma is amazingAnd versatile in cooking but remember It's chinese farmented black bean not korean its salty and got a bitter undertone at the end but still you can make jajangmeyong sauce with it but adding caramelized sugar

What’s even better is how long it keeps — I finished mine almost two years after opening, and it still showed no signs of spoilage. Excellent quality and incredible shelf life!
