Bit gritty, but GREAT
I love the clean energy I get from this with zero sugar!! The gritty texture I can get over. I almost wish they had more of that exploding candy that was all the rage texture (iykyk I guess) but it’s really fine. The pineapple taste is decent. Overall I just really love the good mood I have from this and the energy I get to get through long runs and just throughout the day. Love these! I will also say that it says gentle on the stomach.. maybe so but every time I’ve taken it I have to find latrine fast or risk having to throw away my clothes to put it as nicely as I can. I do have IBS mixed, so take that with a grain of salt, some things do that to me and some things i wish did that to me after two weeks of the opposite happening. So in some ways it’s not a bad thing for me, but if you have a super sensitive stomach and you don’t like having to rush to a toilet then be aware. Otherwise incredible and I really only give it four stars for the gritty texture not because of my stomach issues. Work on the texture it would be 5/5 and I’d probably be using these more than just 1-3 times a day. Great substitute for caffeine!!! And great for a mood boost (who would have thought) definitely recommend!!

Supports steady energy level, mild taste
I've tried various gels and I think the Ucan edge gels give me the most steady long-lasting energy level when running. Also, the taste is mild, not syrupy sweet like other gels, and it goes down easily. No stomach upset. At first, I thought it was too expensive, but after trying a few samples on some longer runs, I was convinced that these gels were superior and met my needs.

Healthier choice
These were os easy to digest and intake while running. Compared to those loaded w sugar and massive sodium this is so much better. The taste is great and no sugar or crashing
