My ALT was elevated when I had labs drawn in 2023. It worried me, especially since I don't drink much alcohol. Dr. Berg mentioned "tudca" in one of his videos, so I researched it and ordered this brand (based on reviews). I had labs redrawn in July and all liver enzymes were perfect. I've also cut way back on added sugar, so that could have played a part. I think these are worth trying.

Seems to be helping. Pills are easy enough to swallow and pain has been less.I bought on the advise of a doctor.

I have phrenic nerve pain in the back right side of my neck, which Dr Berg says is from gallbladder and liver backup, overload, and stuck-ness. So I bought this brand of TUDCA because it costs less than others. It works! I take it about 1/2 hour after breakfast so that it can break down fats without neutralizing stomach acid. I noticed that I can digest fats now, whereas I used to have constant acid reflux, and couldn't digest fats. The acid reflux is gone since I started taking this TUDCA. Going keto and carnivore helped too, as carbs had made my liver store too much glycogen and I had developed NAFLD. I've lost 40 lbs since I made these changes. The second bottle of TUDCA that I bought cost more, and said on the label that it has lots more mg of TUDCA than this brand does. But I noticed that it was no help at all, and so I went back to this brand.
