Does this monitor have internal speakers?

There is a only headphone jack. No speakers. Your computer will have the sound option fom the "source" monitor. But its for headphone jack.

Can i use a vesa mount with this monitor?

I have the 25 inch model and it does allow for Vesa mount usage. They are the same brand so the 27 inch should also be able to accommodate a VESA mount.

XG276Q claims to have 90 degrees of monitor (& image) rotation; is this true?

This is true only when using a Windows computer, plus you have to go into your Windows settings to achive this. It does not work with Android devices.
