I’ve been training CrossFit for 5 years, I’ve gone through a lot of grips and these are by far my favourite ones. Since I bought these grips first about 14 months ago another 10-15 members of my gym have changed over and bought these grips. I used to swear by bear komplex grips but these are much better and cheaper which is a bonus. Even people who had Picsil grips have upgraded to the carbon Fibre Falcon grips. They are sticky, extremely comfortable and have a strong Velcro strap that doesn’t loosen, even during heavy sets of Bar muscle ups. I’m 110kg and over 6foot tall and they’ve taken a full 14 months of abuse and not a sign of failing so far. I love these grips, they’re awesome.

Very comfortable, great value

Was recommended these by my Crossfit coach. They are a bit pricey for day-to-day average use but having tried them the grip is really good (chalked/rough rig). Gave me the confidence to try bigger progressive movements. I would add that I have very slim wrists and a 10.5cm palm so went for the small / G size. They are just long enough to have a small overlap on the bar, but not much ( my wrist to middle finger tip 19cm). If you have small hands but like a bigger overlap go up a size. Wrist straps are not very wide, but are very strong, so skinny wrists will benefit from wrist bands underneath. These comments are minor and if you get the sizing right these grips are great!

These gymnastic grips are fantastic, very comfortable and are one of the best quality pair or grips I’ve owned. I chose the G+ size which fits my hand perfectly. My hand measurement is 11cm from the base of the palm to the bottom of my middle finger. ✅ These grips are thicker than my other grips and felt a lot more comfortable whilst testing my max kipping pull ups. Definitely much more grippier as well, I wasn’t slipping like normal and having to try to regrip the bar. I didn’t come off the bar with my calluses hurting as well. Although it might be because I filed them down recently so I will have to update if that changes. I did notice that they don’t have any L/R hand markings on the grips, however after looking at some of the photos it was easy to workout which way around I should be using them. Overall these grips are fantastic and made of top quality materials. It’s great value and I definitely recommend this product 👍

I have been using a few different grips in the past years, and I think those are great. They're easy to wear and do not feel uncomfortable. Not having holes means switching from pull-ups to other exercises is super quick. The build quality seem great and I am confident they will last for quite a while. At £30 they're on the expensive side, but I had zero issues with them so I would recommend them to anyone.

Easy to put on and use, good and sturdy grip when holding the bar with them but I think the price is really high (at the time I ordered them) as they are no better or worse than cheaper ones out there

The product is of the excellent quality, albeit, quite stiff when first using but loosens off over time. Theyre great wraps and fit nice in the palm and account for thumb well. One problem I’m finding is that they’re thicker that wraps I’m used to. Short term, fatigue earlier on the likes of pull ups Long term, hoping that ultimately improves overall grip strength Would recommend, just be mindful that they’re thick

I have been very disappointed with these grips, they virtually feel no different to being on the bar without grips and leave my hands sore and unable to stay on the bar for long. Several other people in my exercise class have the same ones and report the same. I have had a buy a different pair just a few weeks after I bought these ones. Unfortunately I have just missed the return window otherwise I would definitely be returning them.

Good grip, works well for pull ups. Seems overall well manufactured. Size G+ is standard for men adult hands.

J’avais peur qu’elle soit trop grande mais non super ! Ça fait toute une différence , très débutante dans le crossfit j’avais tellement pas d’endurance et de force dans mes mains , j’avais mal !!! Ça aide énormément !!!! La coach a dit que même si c’était grand ça ne change rien alors n’ayez pas peur de prendre une grandeur de plus
